  I hired Duraseal to start our job on 4/14. ***** ******* showed up on 4/14 told my husband he didn't have the right product to remove the sealant from our pavers and would need to order. I contacted ***** on 4/15 to see if he had the product and he stated he could for me in on Friday 4/25. We have paidc$4,000 down. He showed up on the 25th and only worked 3 hrs, leaving our pool desk a mess, sealant and product all over our house, kitchen area windows. He said he would return on 4/26 to clean up and finish. He came on the 26th causing more damage to our pavers, house and pool enclosure. Once again only here for 3 hours left and said he would return on Monday the 28th. He showed and continued to damage more of our home and pavers saying he would be back the following day to finish and clean up everything On the 29th I had to text him at 12;03pm to see if he was coming back. He did show but only to have a breakdown saying he was quitting and not sure how to fix everything and should never of started the job to begin with. Left and the had the owner **** ******** contact me who stated he would rake care of fixing the damage. We arranged for me to send him the quotes to fix the damage. At first he was responsive. Now it's 5/11 and he is not returning my calls or texts to arrange getting the damaged repaired his employee caused. Do not use this company!

  This company was amazing and did a great job the product has kept mu deck looking brand new for over a year and I hope many more to come Do not hesitate to contact them for your wood and concrete sealing needs

  It did nothing it claimed to do. Made my new deck look terrible. Cracked about every board and then started to mildew. After numerous conversations with them and coming out to inspect it they refuse to do anything and won't answer my calls. They are not to be trusted.

  POSTING:DuraSeal did a nice job of sealing the wood deck and adjacent wood surfaces. Sealing the surface of a light tan concrete patio did not produce a satisfactory result. The technician was not properly trained and aware of the job scope. The result was an opaque white surface finish instead of a clear finish. It took over three weeks to convince DuraSeal that something was wrong! It took several more weeks to remove the improper finish by pressure washing. This left an inordinate amount of debris in the yard and nearby house surfaces and removed the brown stained border on the concrete patio. The process of repairing the stain and sealing the concrete patio took over two months and did not completely restore the original appearance. The job was paid for upon completion of the original improper surface. All subsequent work was treated as low priority and fill in for breaks in the work schedule.
