      I have been with ******* for just under one year.

      When I left home yesterday Friday September 9 @ 8:30 AM EDT, my Internet (Verizon Fios) was working.

      When I returned at 5:30 PM EDT, it was not.

      I immediately tried to call ******* customer service at ###-###-####, I was on the phone for over 3 hours before I could reach a technician willing to send someone out to restore my service.

      On Saturday Sept 10, ***** from ******* installed a temporary line. She indicated that it was not ******* that cut my line on Friday, but it was Lamberts Cable Splicing that did it. Lamberts is also supposed to bury and connect my permanent line in two weeks.

      Lamberts seemed to be burying a cable next door at **** ******* ***** *** (adjoining townhome) when my line was cut. Photos attached show spray paint on ground (miss utility) in the commons area, loose dirt and cut cables protruding from the ground.

      Lambert Cable received this BBB Complaint from ******* ******* today 9/15/2022.  Coincidentally, this ******* Fios was buried today and we are waiting for ******* to do 

      the cutover.  Lambert's has resolved this claim.  He will have to ask ******* for a credit as that does not have anything to do with Lambert's.

      On July 14, 2022, Lambert cable was working in my neighbor to place cable in another neighbors yard. Even after ******** 811 marked the markings necessary on the street. Lambert workers literally cut a section out of my driveway, because they said the markings were incorrect. I was at work at the time and saw all of this on my ring camera. I came home and asked them what they were doing and they tried to tell me they had the proper paperwork. and that my driveway was part of the easement. I called for the site manager because all of the other workers pretended they couldn't speak English. The site manager arrived and I showed him the copy of my property survey to show that my driveway was not part of the easement and they just destroyed my personal property. I also contacted the city and they sent someone out as well. It turns out they not only had the wrong address but did not even have a proper permit. The site manage insured me they would correct the problem and repair my driveway back the way it was; however, that is yet to be done and they are no longer taking my calls or messages. I have video and photos of the destruction they left on my property, the workers working, the vehicles parked everywhere, the mess left behind, and there supposedly paperwork they had saying they could do the work. That had nothing to do with my home or address, but another home on the same street that looks like mine.

      Lambert Cable Splicing received a work order for placing cable for a Cell Site.  We needed to expose the gas line which was within the easement on the work order underneath a portion of the driveway, which has been replaced. Our crew should have let the homeowner know what they were doing.  This claim has been resolved.

      When I called Lambert Cable and Splicing, I was told to reach out to Mr. ***** *****. The young lady I spoke with said that he was the supervisor of project at my neighbor's home (which caused all of this to occur). He seemed very willing to work with me when he came out on July 15th. After our last conversation on August 11th, I have heard nothing from him. I called him again on August 16th and have not received a return call. I am attaching a detailed list of the incidents and phone contacts (to both Verizon and Mr. *****) that have occurred since July 1st as well as snippets of phone contacts to Mr. *****.
      I seem to be the one who has suffered because my neighbor's contractors cut their Verizon cable. Not only was my property destroyed but I had to go without internet for 10 days.

      I want my driveway fixed where Lambert's piping caused it to buckle and the "illegal" cable line (as Mr. ***** referred to it) removed from my yard.
