    Update: Still not fixed and they still are trying to charge our account. Absolutely horrendous customer service.. and at this point it is harassment. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT ??????????Dont waste your time! Feels like such a scam and waste of money! We were convinced by the owner in November to sign up for $1 and that we could cancel anytime at no charge so my husband and I signed up. I then found out I was pregnant and my husband went up to cancel my membership, it took him 3 separate occasions to get it cancelled and they always said they would refund us and never did so we got charged for two memberships for months after and when they said they were going to refund us they never did. When they finally cancelled my membership 3 months later they then charged us a hefty cancellation fee. We were so fed up that then my husband went to cancel his membership as well not only did they say they would the 5 separate times he called and went up to the gym he also signed a cancellation contract and they still failed to cancel our memberships and continued to charge us for membership and club fees up to this day. Not only did multiple staff members claim they would refund us for all of this ( which we never saw a ***** of) but also the manager that we were told needed to be there to talk to was conveniently never there and you were sadly mistaken if you thought you could ever get in to contact with the owner. We finally went to our bank today to block them from charging our accounts any longer! Dont trust their word and dont waste your time.

    Purchased club membership and personal training for my daughter. Destiny told us if we were not satisfied, we could cancel minus a month's membership fee. The contract for the personal training was written incorrectly and I was charged double. The manager told me he fixed, would receive a refund but I was being charged for the old and new contract. I tried to call ********************* but he would not return my calls. I emailed, went in person, contacted via social media with no resolution. In April, an assistant manager gave me 6 months free membership. But after continued withdrawals from my account, I asked him to cancel everything. In July, the membership was reactivated and now I'm receiving a past due bill. I went back to the location. *** said he was demoted for his actions. I called the *********** location with no resolution. The main headquarters said they can only pass my information back to the local for a resolution.
