    In early January of this year I purchased a firearm from Bear Creek Arsenal. The gun didn't work. I sent it back to them, using their pre-paid ***** label, for warranty work. The gun got back here in a timely fashion, but it still does not work. On May 14 2025 I was lucky enough to talk to a tech at ***. He requested that I email pics of the gun's failure(s). I sent two emails to the provided address that same day, one of which requested that a pre-paid ***** shipping label be sent via snailmail to my P.O. Box. I've not heard a word about receipt of those emails. On May 21 I called the *** warranty department requesting a shipping label. I had to leave a voicemail for this. I've not gotten a callback nor a shipping label since. Today I left two voicemails to ***, one to "warranty" and one to tech support. No callbacks. My desired resolution is that BCA communicate with me, and that they send a pre-paid shipping label to my P. O. Box, so I can ship the gun back to them for another attempt at warranty repair. Failing that, I'll pursue getting a refund (of about $600) on the grounds that their product does not work and that they show no interest in resolving the gun's problems.     Our tech did give you a call back where he advised you to polish both the feed ramp and chamber. You were emailed a *** label and also mailed one out on 4/8. i will have our warranty *** mail you out another rma label

    I ordered 2 .458 socom magazines each at $29.99 plus $10 shipping and only received 1 .458 socom magazine and have not been able to make contact over 3 phone calls with customer service. I have left 3 voicemails between March 20 and March 21 with no return call or remediation.

    I see where you did call on 3/21 3 times between 3:45pm and 4:43pm. We try very hard to answer all calls as they come in and return voicemails in a timely manner as we do get numerous calls a day from all of our customers. I also see that a mis shipment order was keyed in for you at 4:01pm on 3/21 and you should receive the item that didnt get shipped soon,.

    On December 17th I purchased a BC-8 ***** complete rifle from Bear Creek Arsenal. I received it on January 15th and notified the company of the damaged item via email that day. On January 21st I used the item for the first time and made the company aware of additional damage with the item via email. I responded to an internal survey they emailed me and got an email asking what the problem was, which I responded to on January 28th via email, but never got a reply to. February 5th I contacted them for the last time, but I haven't received a response or any communication about this issue from the company. I paid Bear Creek Arsenal $1,330 for the item and incurred an additional $619.87 in transfer fees, and time attempting to resolve this myself. I purchased a brand new, fully functioning rifle, and received a damaged rifle that has both cosmetic and mechanical issues. The receiver looks like someone beat it with a hammer, and the pins separating the receiver from the upper are mushroomed. In addition, the return gas high-pressure hose leaks at the barrel. It also jams on average every 15 rounds, including the third round I ever fired. I have not received any communication regarding this, and have been let down by previous communication due to broken promises and missed timelines since the beginning. In addition, their dishonest advertising misled me to purchase an item that, they didn't have in stock, and I wouldn't have purchased if I'd known.

    on 1/21 you told us you were reversing your payment, which if you filed a credit card dispute at that point there is nothing we can do until the dispute is settled. if you have not filed a cc dispute and would like a return label to send the product back and be issued a refund, please let us know and that can be taken care of.

    I am rejecting this response because: I attempted to dispute payment through the credit card company, but was told to file a complaint with BBB first-No dispute with CC has been made yet as you would have been made aware of that, which you have not. Your inability to communicate, follow through, and keep your word as a business puts me in a position of no longer trusting you. You have not addressed the transfer fees or additional costs I have incurred either. If I sent this damaged rifle back to you, how am I supposed to believe that 1) I'll ever get another one back 2) It'll be any better than the first rifle you sent? Also, Who pays the *** transfer fees for the new rifle? I propose that you will either refund 50% of the purchase price, or you will send me a perfect rifle, like I ordered. When you send me what I ordered, I will send the original damaged rifle back.

    credit card disputes can take a few weeks to reach us after you have filed, so therefore if you tell us that you are going to file one then we have to wait and make sure if that comes through or not until you as the cx reaches out and tell us otherwise. Your rifle is also under a limited lifetime warranty, if you believe there is an issue, you can reach out and ask for a return label to send it back to either have it ***aired or refunded. I have not seen where you have asked for a return label to have us look at, ***air or refund your item. we are unable to send you a new rifle or refund you until we have that rifle back in house . please let me know if you would like to have that return label made or if you would like to have a *** reach out by phone

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the most communication I have received from you yet regarding this-Had you responded to my multiple requests to resolves this earlier, I never would have attempted to dispute with CC, and now file a BBB complaint in an attempt to resolve this. You have not addressed my wasted time and its cost. You have not addressed the additional *** transfer fees I would have to pay if I returned this to you for further repair. You have not addressed that I no longer trust what you say, and am not willing to endure more interactions with you. You knowingly shipped me a damaged item, months after the max 14 day shipping policy, and only after telling me it was not actually in stock, even though it was marked in stock for over a week after I purchased it. You had opportunity to resolve, and you ignored me. Your inability to acknowledge this continues to disrespected me; I don't have time to go back and forth with a company that gaslights their customers. You can send me 50% of the purchase price, or a return label, but only send me a return label after you've made a full refund for the purchase price, FFL transfer fee, and the now almost 5 hours of my wasted time. Your word has proven to be as worthless as the rifle you sent me. This is my last attempt to compromise considering the evidence regarding this matter.

    The upper that I purchased from ****** in August 2024 was defective, with the bolt stuck in the bolt carrier. I contacted *** for warranty service, and it was shipped back *** using the shipping label that was provided. Tracking shows that it was received by *** on 10/24/2024. BCA indicates that repairs can take up to 14 days, and it is now over 3 months, and I have not received my item back.I have contacted **************** multiple times, and they indicate that they cannot track the status of warranty repairs, and they have sent requests for updates, but to date, I have received no updates to date. I would like to have the repairs completed **** I attached my original purchase receipt, warranty e-mail, shipping label, and shipping tracking info that shows the when the item was received.

    Ordered lower said was in stock.     I ordered the rifle 12/11/24 (showed in stock on website). Provided receiving *** dealer on 12/11/24, and acknowledged by *** 12/12/24. *** shipping policy shows that order will be shipped w/i 2 weeks of purchase/FFL receipt date: by 12/26/2024,I did not receive any confirmation of shipping. Called *** customer service on 12/26/24, 12/27/24, 12/30/24, 12/31/24, 1/2/25, 1/3/25, 1/6/25 and 1/7/25. No one ever answers customer service calls. Left voicemails to respond on status of order. No response to that either.Emailed customer service 1/6/25. Follow up email 1/7/25. Even attempted "chat" with BCA. No response to these inquiries at all. I have ordered from *** many times previously and have never had an issue until this transaction. I am concerned with the complete lack of simply responding to inquiry on order status.

    Website advertised and guaranteed orders place prior to 12/13/2024 would arrive before Christmas Day. I placed an order on 12/12. On 12/18, order status still showed processing so I emailed customer service asking when it would ship - I received an email stating We normally ask for 1-14 business days for order processing. However, we are guaranteeing any orders placed before 12/13/24 will arrive to you by Christmas.On the day before Christmas the order still showed processing, so I kindly followed up asking if the order would arrive by Christmas - no response.I have followed up with 4 emails with no responses. The Christmas shipping guarantee was not met, nor the has the item shipped within the 1-14 day order processing Poor business practice.Poor customer service.False advertising.

A simple your order is delayed and wont make the guaranteed delivery date due to an influx in orders would have sufficed at some point in the almost 2 weeks after the order was placed and prior to the guaranteed date.

    I purchased a complete upper on 12/2/24 with their website that advertised to order before Dec 12 to receive before Christmas. The company stated 1-14 business days to process. It is now 16 business days. The last communication was 12/15/24. Since then there has been no email responses, no phone calls answered, no messages returned, and now no website to go to. Looks like I am out $335, a Christmas Present, and 3 weeks of time. I will be contacting my ******************* the day after Christmas.

    I purchased a BC-15 on 8/2/23. Im looking to return that rifle which i have already been given my return information. My current issue is that i am trying to purchase a BC-10 with my store credit and some of the employees are immediately telling me no we cannot ship to ******** even though i bought, shipped and registered my bear creek rifle through ******** and on top of all of this AR-10s are no where near as heavily restricted or regulated as a AR-15 platform.Ultimately as-well the description of the rifle i am trying to purchase is not any different than the rifle i have previously purchased except the caliber. Both explicitly state heavy barrel as required by Maryland law. As well as no magazine needed from them. I got to talk to a few people on the phone but they seemed more focused on getting off the phone rather than helping me find a solution. Even After carefully reading through their terms and conditions i still cannot figure out why i cant return my purchase and be given the opportunity to use my store credit to purchase an even less regulated firearm. Im not a happy customer and i don't feel like the company is trying to make things work and take care of me.
