    Several weeks ago I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails. They are still one of the few businesses that can't immediately unsubscribe an email from their marketing offers. For that reason, they ask for a period of time for the unsubscribe to take effect. After the waiting period, I still received their emails. I again attempted to unsub and after waiting for their allotted time, their emails still continued. I then chose to write to them directly and ask them to please stop and that their emails were now considered spam. I received an email reply stating to please allow for time for the unsub to take effect. This would now be the third time that I'd have to wait. Again, after the requested time, to date, I am still receiving their promotional emails. I genuinely don't understand the thought process of spamming people with offers even after they have requested multiple times for it to stop. The email that they are spamming is: [email protected]

    I ask that they immediately stop spamming the email: [email protected] as I wish to have nothing more to to with their business.

    We recently utilized a 3rd party interface that manages this process for us. Since then we have changed this process so that we may accommodate our customers with this request.

    Better Business Bureau:



    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    That said, the email I used to file this complaint has already received an email from Bear Creek. It is an email stating a welcome to their subscription services. Something I did not ask for. If this email begins to get spammed, I will be registering another complaint.

    I ordered a barrel, order # **********, on June 9 and they sent the wrong item. I returned it and they received it back last week, and I still have not got my correct barrel or even a Tracking Number that the correct item has been sent. I’ve emailed a few times and always get the same excuse that it’ll take 1 to 14 days to ship. I just called and the customer service lady had no answer when it will be mailed. They've had my money for over a month, and all I get is excuses. Bear Creek Arsenal is a scam.

    After further review our system shows your item was returned to us on 07/11/2022. Once received, we would ask that our customers please allow 3-5 business days to resolve these particular concerns. 

    As of 07/13/2022 our records show that the correct item has been staged to ship by the end of business day today. A email confirmation was also sent to the email address on file that contained the tracking information.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Your opening line is a lie.  “After further review our system shows your item was returned to us on 07/11/2022.”  You received the wrong barrel back that you sent me on 07/05/22, but it took you til 07/11/22 to scan it into your system.  Then you email me that it’ll take another 1 to 14 days just to be processed to the shipping dept.  I got an email last night that the correct item was shipped, and tracking shows it’s on the way here.

    Disgracefully, it took me to Shame Bear Creek Arsenal to my 30,000 ******* followers, and file a formal complaint with the BBB to get them to do their job and mail me the item I paid for over a month earlier.  I just hope I get the correct item this time.
