    I paid $1128 cash for 2 children for 24 classes. The director quit after 7 classes and refuses to refund any portion of the money. The director/tutor was unknowledgeable and unprepared for classes and should offer a full refund due to their incompetence. But at the very least, we should get a refund for the classes we did not receive.

    We are aiming to work with the customer to resolve her issue. We have reached out to her multiple times in an effort to reach resolution, but we have not been able to reach the customer yet. We will continue to attempt to reach the customer.
