    Have a Weston vacuum sealer (model PRO-2100) which I believe to be defective. They have NO PHONE NUMBER (well they do but no one answers it, you just get a recorded message saying they're not going to answer)! I sent them an email from their website link 11 days ago and have NOT heard back. I can return to where I purchased it but they will charge me a 25% restocking fee, and I'm running out of time for this option. I just want a non-defective sealer! It boggles my mind that I cannot talk or chat with a human being.

    I bought the Weston #8 pro grinder in November of 2021, it’s been working great until about three months ago, the grinder used to be very silent considering it’s a grinder but now it vibrates like crazy and the motor makes this awful noise.
    I’ve wrote the company two emails and tried to call them over and over. The emails received no reply and the phone is always busy. It’s been two months now and I have had no luck contacting the company.
    I even went as far as to order a new grinder, but I had to return the grinder because it had the same issue and was apparently returned to the seller since it had smudges all over it.
    The company offers five year warranty but if you can’t reach them, it’s worth nothing.
    I belong to a huge raw feeder group with almost 30000 members and bought this grinder because it had such great quality and many of our members use this brand, but if the company handles warranty issues in this manner, we may have to look elsewhere.

    I purchased a vacuum sealer January 11, 2023, it was delivered Tuesday January 17; on January 19 I emailed the company to report the machine was defective and not working properly. The email response received from the company stated they would respond to my request within 5 to 7 business days. When I didn’t receive response, I followed up with a letter which I us mailed to company. I have not heard from the company. Please help me resolve this problem.

    I had purchased Weston Super Chute 1100 W 34 oz Stainless Steel Centrifugal Juice Extractor w/3.5 in Feed Chute Silver and as I making the juice the stainless steel mesh basket would not come out of the juicer, with great difficulty I managed to remove it but I see that the bottom of the mesh was damaged and I called the company and e-mailed them but till today I have got no response. This incident happened on 12/21/1922. I had purchased the item on May 18, 2021 and it says on the website 5 year warranty. The problem is there is nobody to help you if something goes wrong. When you call it says send a e-mail, and when you do that, there is no response. I purchased it for $160.86 w/tax. I purchased it from **** ***** and it said in the box to register the product on Weston which I did. They have no customer service at all.

    I ordered a meat slicer model number 61-0750-w from Weston brands on November 27, 2022. Order number ********, upon receipt, and inspection of the product I decided to return it. The item is unused, only opened for inspection. I have made 3 attempts in the last 2 weeks to contact Weston brands for a return authorization and I havent received any response. I would like a return authorization so I can ship this item back for a full refund.
