      We were directed to ****** by our builder. As with all of the subs, if we used his subs he could warranty their work. When we did the walk through in September 2023 we noticed that one of the end panels on the kitchen island was damaged and painted over. We put this on our ************************************************* October 2023. At that time we were told that ****** was backed up for 2-3 months so we waited. In February 2024 ********** came back to install the replacement panel but the new panel did not match the cabinet. At that time they took their replacement panel and the damaged panel back their shop to use to match the paint. In March *************************************************************************************************** 30 day punch list. As time passed we waited for an update. After not getting a response from the builder we found a ********* who was able to get the panel made and matched the paint. He provided not only the replacement panel but touch up paint, something ****** didn't do. He was able to do in a few weeks what ****** was unable to do in 9 months. Based on our experience it seems like ****** is not able to make right production defects and based on the experience we had with them and their failed attempt to correct what felt like a simple fix I would not recommend ******.
