      We got our new roof in the fall of 2023. ******* and his team came out quickly and put a new roof on. My husband knew about several soft spots in our roof from before. When he got up on the roof to check out their work, he noticed one big soft spot still there. He called ******* and was told that it would be OK. ******* said the new roof would seal it. My husband was not happy about that and insisted they come back over and fix it. They did. They pulled up the new tile, replaced the board and tiled the roof. This really shouldve been taken care of when they first put the roof on. We also had to call ******* back when our sunroom leaked. They came out and fixed it. My husband again got up on the roof and noticed that the crew had left old roofing tiles in our gutters. Rather than call ******* back, he just cleaned out the gutters himself. Either this was laziness on the crews part or just out of spite. Im glad we have our new roof; however, I would not recommend this company. Im thankful they fixed our issues, but it shouldve been fixed the first time. Im thankful that my husband knew about our roof that he could get back up there and check behind him. Most homeowners may not would have known. This crew should have done it right the first time.

      ******************************* (project manager) contacted Mr. ********************* immediately and explained that our crew had determined that the wood in question displayed no damage or rot and was structurally sound, however, we gladly replaced this for **************. **************** was contacted again to respond to a leak and repaired an area of flashing around a chimney. We were never made aware there was any debris and can insure nothing was left or done out of spite. We do stand behind our work and continually strive to install a quality product and to follow through with our customers to assure their satisfaction. **************** was on call and responded immediately. We do question the fact that the roof installation was the fall of 2023 and *************** posted this review 6-7 months later?
