Somewhere around July 17, *************************************** **** *******. At the time she indicated Leapwrite. Shortly after my book Progress Through Struggle was released about August 2024. I received a ton of literary agencies writing to me.After several contacts, she asked that I allow her to become my literary agency. She said it will cost $1,200.00. I said at that time no! She said, $900.00 and no additional cost. I decided and maybe I can learn something after paying $900.00. On November12, 2024, she emailed me saying several vendors have noticed your announcement and no takers.Later, she attempted to get me join some of the suggestions. All she always said, it is only SXXX.00. I always said, I dont have that kind of money. Finally, she said you need a website. Our website producers can build one for about $6,000.00. I said NO!!! That is too much money! I have a website builder to build for me for $1,200.00 to $2,000.00. I said NO!!! In fack I stop talking to Ms **** *******. I knew I was be had. Yes! She went on and charged $1,600.00, $4,000.00 and $4,800.00 to my account with ******* without my permission. Now, I must pay $450.00 per month for what? No one has told me anything. I went on ********* website to charge about $450.00 and, was turned down. Then I check it out. My charges have been very low except for the $900.00 previously. Afterwards, I awards paid a large amount of that amount immediately I didnt know Ms **** ******* work with Brittiant Books Literary until I saw it on my ********* account. The ********************** agencies record everything being said. If you think my statement is not true, Please, listen to the recording. IF I HAD ASKED FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM ********* AND I WOULD GLADLY PAY IT!!!!ALL I can say is charging me for that among of money when I didnt request it is WRONG

This company is a complete scam. They sent a falsified letter from Penguin saying they wanted to publish my book. They claimed they needed a professional query letter which I paid for then stopped doing anything for me when I realized their emails were all falsified. They told the credit card company I'd paid for a press release. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES.

Leapwrite Literary Agency and explains to you that their scouts have determined that your book is a top-quality book and deserves to get the attention of large publishing houses. When you least expect it, you will receive a call from the Head of Sales and Acquisitions of ************************. This person will not have an accent like all the other scammers that call you, but rather, will be well spoken and have all the lingo and business terminology down to a science. He will tell you your book was highly rated by 11 out of 14 of his book scouts and that he would like to make an offer to acquire the book for promotion in the market. You will still retain 100% of the rights. He offers you a substantial sum of money, to be paid in installments once you have been flown out to ** to sign the official contract should all requirements and stages be completed and met. Rio ******* of Leapwrite Literary Agency, will claim to work with WGA (Writers Guild of America) to complete all the necessary requirements before the final meeting with *************, where you will sign the final contract and get your first large installment of the up-front **************** will then in fact receive an email from ** ***** of ************************ that will have many enticing details in the body of the letter, as well as the attachment of initial pre-contract requirement document, to be signed within a few days of receipt to remain compliant with the requirements of the project. The email address will appear to be from ************************ and the signature will be that of ** ***** of *************. ** ***** of ************* can be verified on ******** as being employed by ************* in the sales *************'S ALL FRAUDULENT AND FAKE!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!! DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have been contacted by *********************** on the 22nd of April, from first Brilliant Books, and the 26th of April again by the same literary agent via email, this time the name of the business had been changed to Leap Write Literary, a book promotion offer I got, where I could become a traditional publisher. I have received also a letter from a *******************************, in ****** who does not have a phone number.Business phone is a ****** number anyone can get for free. *********************, of WGA should have sent a query letter, but they wont sent a copy to me.This is in the contract, but they dont comply with it.I paid $5200 on the 27th of March. This ****************** Of ************************* s is supposidly ******** with ***** and ********************* t supply aquisitioning materils, but they wouldnt provide me with PROOF. Or a Carbon copy of the Emails, or completion of work I paid for, under pretext that ******* is being overwhelmed. I had been published since 1995, I never had been scammed like this before, huge amount of money I want back, because of the negative reviews herein.

Dear ***************** and *******************,What scum you are being involved in the scam you are running. Lying, cheating, stealing people's money. In my case you fraudulently stole $14,600. Here is the breakdown: $1,900 for the ***************, $1,500 in books sent to you, $5,000 for WGA on Becoming Wise, $6,200 for Happyism. What is it that causes you to be so entirely morally vile?Shame on you. Shame on you. Shame on you.Now I will begin the process of alerting the public of your deceit, and changing your name again won't get you off the hook. History will follow you like a stink.***************************
