    Roof work. Poor workmanship, work done with out prior consent. Elderly woman, my mother put.on the spot to pay $6,000.00 for a roof repair when all she wanted was a 2 places on an over hang eve. Repaired. Ahe felt pressured to pay.on the spot and Travis said he made ************ resealing and also removed 2 vents that were just fine with some other roof vents. Then left debris at the house. He said the to file a homeowners claim and they would reimburse. Follow up by the homeowners said they could not pay, one because there was unnecessary work done and no documentation of the condition prior. Then a home inspection further back this and revealed how shoddy it was done. She is 75 years old and I was not aware until after.

    I paid $1,200 for squirrel damage even though I was not shown the damaged pieces and the repairs were made before my husband and I were told so we were not able to give a yes or no answer. I also paid $500 for spare bathroom repairs for a leak and it is still leaking.

    Mr. ********************** was called to my house on 12/26/23 to provide care to my roof for a leak. He has dont prior work on my house in October 2023 so I called him thinking maybe this other work was connected. He told us this new repair of sealing the roof would be covered since it was raining and may not take. When a rainstorm occurred the other week we noticed there was still a leak occurring and contacted him about to which he tried to charge us additional money for the repair he said would be under warranty with him. On top of that he came to my house unannounced and repaired another issue without permission or disclosure to us and then tried to charge us for that repair through this contact even though we contacted him like he ask that night and he never mentioned payment. He refused to provide an invoice for the sealing of the roof on 12/26/23 and is unprofessional in all contacts after receiving his payment.

    ***** himself came out on 08/22/2023 to repair 3 sky lights and remove the tarps that were screwed into the roof to keep them secure. After 3 hours of work I was charged $1,800 for a job that was NOT finished. The blocks that were screwed into the roof to keep the tarps secure are STILL screwed into the roof along with the tarps that were supposed to be removed are dangling off the side of my house. When called and confronted about the job I paid for not being finished, I was called vulgar names and hung up on. I am 77 years old. I was taken advantage of because I am an elderly man. I fully believe that.
