  I found Trais through ******** and hired him for a roof repair after he provided a quote. I paid him $2000 to fix a leak, but unfortunately, the work done was far from satisfactory. He and his colleague did not replace or repair any shingles as promised; instead, they only applied roofing caulk. The leak continued despite their work, and they returned to do another "retreat," again just applying more caulk to the shingles but never addressing the root of the problem. They pushed me to contact my insurance to get a new roof, which I did, along with getting quotes from two other reputable roofers. Both of them confirmed that the work Trais did was ineffective and did not address the actual ******** the end, I had to hire a different roofer to replace the entire roof, at an additional cost. I attempted to reach out to ***** to resolve the situation, but he blocked my messages and made no effort to remedy the problem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Trais for roofing services.

  Do not waste your money. Travis charged us $1200 to fix the leaks on our roof. Come to find out he charged us that to put 4 tubes of caulking on our roof and of course it didnt even fix the roof. He then told us it was a different issue and he could fix that issue for $700 more dollars. We had other companies come out to look and its going to cost us $1300 to have it properly fixed. The leak should of been fixed correctly and for free seeing how their work was still under warranty. They are liars and con artists and do not know how to properly do the job they are claiming to do.

  The first red flag was him wanting paid in cash. We hired him 3 months ago to replace our roof . Our roof still leaks and we have no power in one of our rooms . Travis has been to our house 3 different times and our leak has gotten worse . The last time he came he told my wife he was temporarily fixing our leak with caulking . This was two weeks ago weve not heard from him since . The leak has gotten worse The next time Travis sees us will be in the country where he lives . We are pressing criminal chargers on him . Luckily my wife took videos of every thing. You can not keep taking peoples money and doing shotty work . The reviews folks people have left Travis are there for a reason . He actually tried telling us it was his cousin leaving him all the bad feedback. I havent contacted Angies list the Company who recommended him but they are next .

  Travis Roofing did our roof, promising that thle new roof will fix the ********** corners. He nailed the new shingles over the old ones and assured us it is OK. He also installed a leaf guard over the gutters. Over time, the corners started to leak again and the leaf guard exacerbated the leaking problem. We also just found out that he shingled over our two bathroom fan vents, so the moist bathroom air was venting under the shingles for some time. We also discovered some roofing irregularities around the chimney, after it developed a leak. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Incompetent and dishonest.

  They came out told me it would be **** dollars to fix my leaking roof. Came out looked at roof and then proceeded to fix the leaks and damage from storm. When completed said he takes cask or check only when I asked if he took credit card he said he did. The bill he gave me was double the cost that we agreed on and said that is what it cost so pay. I also asked for estimate for the insurance company for roof replacement and he never gave me one that they would except. Called over 8 times and got the run around and after four calls blocked my number.
