      This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with in my life when it comes to rudeness and unprofessionalism. Ive been calling since Friday 7/4 today is Tuesday 7/8 and no one has still come to pick up my trash. The customer service people is rude just transfer you. They also give no resolutions or follow *** on whats going on. They people picked up the front of the neighborhood trash but left me and my neighbors. I called way early enough that morning for them to come back and never did. Im so tired of this company Im ready to report them to my HOA and have them change vendors.

Unfortunately, during Holiday weekends there are some situations where we get delayed in recovering missed trash service.       Terrible service. Ive had to call customer service so many times because the driver(s) just drive right by without picking up my trash. I literally watch them stop at my neighbors to pick theirs up. Call customer service and they say they will send a recovery truck, took a few days. Next a credit would be on my account , nothing. Called again today 8.26.24 because they drove by again, customer service manager was rude. Left a voicemail for the ** which apparently is disbatch. I do not have my hopes up with this company

      Zero... Kindness Zero.. intelligence Zero... professionalism *** Girls in the front Office are despicable and rude.*** Drivers work hard and are always pleasant to talk with... however, if you have a problem the Front desk Girls will stop you from getting any help you need!We waited 4 1/2 days for our Trash cans to be picked up.And they charged us $40 extra to pick it up.So.... Run don't walk away from this company. Go anywhere else for your Trash pick up...*** **********

      They provide services for the *** community I live in. They have a history of not picking up trash on the scheduled day. Currently on three weeks straight where our community has had issues with pick up. Theyll tell you itll be picked up the following day and then its not. I have had to make repeated calls to the office to schedule pick up as trash/recycle bin continues to overflow.

      Lazy!!! They will just leave trash that they knocked out of the can on the side of the road.They also block the cars in the driveway with the cans.

      Worse company ever! Called to cancel and it didnt happened emailed and was harassed even after I requested them to stop. The last email stated, No wonder youre divorced. they also took money ******** pay which I had not signed up for and they will not address anything or give managers names so basically, I have to file an harassment suite as well as fraud. I have never in my life dealt with this degree of unprofessionalism.

      Very rude and unprofessional office staff. (Don't dare put an extra can out.) *********** reflects very poor management. The fish rots from the head down.Update: I closed my account on March ********************************************** front of my home. Today is April 28, and in spite of several phone calls to their office, their cans remain in front of my home. I told them I would dispose of the cans if they were not removed immediately. They said they would bill me $100 per can and send me to collections if I failed to pay. This is a terrible company.

      This company is unprofessional. Call to make a complaint about a driver cursing out my daughter. **************** rep ******* didnt want hear my complaint, and began to yell at me and then hang up on. me multiple times.The people that work for this company are very unprofessional and very disrespectful!!

      Their customer service is terrible, they canceled my account after I complied about them not picking up my trash.
