  Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and they hang up on you. Had their service for years and their workers would leave trash all over my front yard and when I would call to let them know, they said its not the responsibility of them to pick up trash if it falls out when they dump it in the truck. Fired them and hired a great company. Dont settle for active waste! Save your money!

  This place is a joke! They got no problem taking money but def wont do the job. My trash was supposed to be taken off on Friday. I have a recycling and trash can.. only the recycling was taken off. This is not the first time that 1 or the other.. but not both cans were not dumped! I called Friday 1/6/23 and told someone was coming to get the trash, no one showed all weekend. Called 1/9/23 at 10:18 am, was told they would send someone to get it. No one came.. so I called back that after noon around 4:30 and was then told it was a 24 hour ticket.. (so they wouldnt come until the next day) well that day is today 1/10/23 still no one picked up my trash. Call back again and now they are saying it might not be until tomorrow! They dont want to give a credit for the job they didnt do unless I cancel the recovery truck .. what sense does that make. So they dont do their job.. and in order to fix it they have to send an extra truck, but still wanna keep the money like they did their job! A complete joke!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer for awhile!! But they lost one today when I was hung up on! Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

  I just canceled my service today. I pay for it one year in advance and don't expect hidden charges as I budget my money accordingly. Today ,I got an alert from my credit card that they charged me for extra fees (service and gas charges) that were not part of the original year in advance purchase. I called my credit card company today and asked them to refuse the charge. On top of that, they've repeatedly thrown the recycle bin into my flower beds and killed my plants (several times after I sent one email with a photo). I sent them photos of the damage and asked to be reimbursed. Several other neighbors have complained about this service and now it's my turn after 4 years of service with them. Very sad way to run your business.

  Emailed on 8/23 asking why a trash bag was not picked up. The "office manager" screamed at the top of her lungs at me and hung up (recorded). I called back. She hung up. I called and got the owner, who was very nice, and said he would address. I emailed again and asked for the office manager's name and she replied "**** Fuqov". Someone later told me it was "*****". I emailed *****/**** back and told her I spoke to the manager **** and she told me "good". I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior and will make it my mission to go door to door to alert any neighbor still using this company. ***** must be fired. Perhaps put on medication for her rage issues.

  Horrible company. Smashed both my trash and my recycling bin. Had the audacity to try to charge my $75 for replacement cans. Terribly rude customer service. How are they a company still?

  **** The WORST thing is that, their ground level customer service manager, (who tries to not let you get to anybody else to report her), is the most unbelievably sassy, disrespectful girl who in response to my legitimate complaint (that others in my neighbor hood were reporting too), did the following:1. Blame shifted my complaint onto all the people in my neighborhood who are also complaining about the same thing (see below), telling me All of you in your neighborhood need to quit griping! (As if we were the problem instead of her crew creating hazards in the road.2. Refused to escalate me to a higher manager, claimed the owner was the only one above her, and he didnt have an email. When I requested his phone number, she sarcastically and snootily told me, I will tell him you called so he WONT call you back. When I said, Excuse me? She came back with a reiteration indicating Id never speak to anyone but her.2. Immediately sent me an email saying my account was closed so me and my neighborhood didnt have to worry about their crew or their cart anymore.3. Called me names.4. Told me shes shared my complaint with the entire company and said, Thanks for the laugh.5. Told me I have too much time on my hands to complain to them.6. Threatened to make unauthorized charges to my credit card.And More. They put this person in CUSTOMER SERVICE???Once I finally got to the ** of the company, he defended her saying it must be emotions, shes not normally like that. He apologized FOR her, stated they have hired new customer service staff and shes being moved to collections, (who is now going to harass poor, financially challenged people), and refused to require that SHE apologize to me for the most offensive and unprofessional behavior Ive ever experienced from any company ever. This company says family owned and operated.Initial problem can left in middle of street. Also billing issue: had to call and wait in forever queue often to pay.

  They basically don't show up to pick up your trash on time or at all. The worst.
