      Wont own up to their mistakes and dont like it when the homeowners are also builders. Their top complaints are measurement errors. We called them out at the time of install. We documented everything. Its stated in their contact that theyre responsible for measurement errors. The laser measurement was wrong; for the stove and the sink. Was first told it was too risky to fix their error but then they wanted to come back out which we refused. Was told multiple times by ***** that Vladi would call to discuss. Was basically ghosted by ***** and when called out was told Vladi would not be calling. Timeline of Events 3/26: Installation team arrived around 4:30 PM and was on site for approximately 1.5 hours.After completion, we caught them as they were leaving and did a quick inspection. Initially, things looked okay until we started measuring and looked at the sink.We attempted to stop the installers before they drove away but missed them. We called *****, who was able to get in touch with them and have them return.We had specifically requested a 30 stove slot, but the cutout measured 29 7/8. We brought the stove in to check the fitit fit, but with no clearance, meaning it cannot be leveled properly. The cabinets were set for a 30 1/8 opening to meet the manufacturers minimum recommendations.We were unsatisfied when the installers left and immediately spoke with *****, explaining that this was likely an error in the template made by ****.***** said he would speak with **** the following day (3/27) to see if recutting would be possible.On 3/27, we followed up mid-morning. After discussion between ****** ***** and ourselves, it was agreed that recutting would be too risky at that point.We then requested that the remaining balance be waived due to the inconvenience of now needing to recut the sink cabinet and redesign the window area because of templating misjudgments.

      On 12/12/23 I paid for and signed an agreement for a bathroom counter top to be used with an under mounted sink. The next week they came out to take measurements. I had everything ready my sink and faucet, they took measurements of them. They told me they were about 6 weeks out. I waited 7 weeks called them back it was over looked but they were going to put a rush on it. On 02/16/24 they called and said it was ready. I made arrangements to pick it up the next day. When we went to set the top the cut out and polished hole was too big for the sink. There would have been a 1/4 of an inch exposed. The exposed underside of the front was not polished. I reached out them. They first said I asked that it be that way, I never would have asked for that. I told them I would just bring it back and get my money back. They refused to do that.
