      Run away fast as you can. The funny part is that I got quartz counter tops and love the quartz. The purchasing experience was great but it went downhill from there. I was told that they had their own person who measured for the countertops so they sent their own person who showed up an hour early and I was not there, but the contractors were there. He never called me to tell me he was going to be early (unprofessional), I would have preferred to be there. He did not measure for the gap in-between the countertop and the stove that was about 1 1/2 inch. When the installers came I would told that they could not do anything about it and to call the office. They also stated that my contractor could secure the countertops once he put something under them to elevate them to get rid of the gap between the counter and the stove. Their contract clearly states that any outside work is not covered by the warranty. I also bought my own sink and was told to make sure that is was undermounted sink. I got one that was for 400 dollars and when then installers got there they said it did not work. They did get me a sink for free, but it did nothing about the money I spent. Good product. Horrible customer service, poor practices. The guy who came and put the sink in was amazing, he is the best representation of that company I saw and he was only a contract employee.. The install was months ago and they have done nothing. IF you are going to spend that much money spend it someplace that will appreciate you and stand behind their word. Stay away from here!,

      Poor installation on counter top. We did buy in the Bargin Basement IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT POOR QUALITY OF INSTALLATION ONLY STONE COLOR OR SEAM But had to pay 2 thousand dollar up front and now the sink leaks because it is pulled so far away from the wall. We cannot use the tin tile we bought for backslash because there is over a 1/2 inch gap against the wall.
