Need a 0 star option.For NINE MONTHS they have continued to charge me $21.38/month for a service I canceled through their website. Their customer service is a joke, sending me in loops trying to wear me down so I won't continue my ask for a refund. They are claiming it's not in their system, even after I sent screenshot after screenshot of the charge coming out from them. They claim it's on ****** or that I have the wrong email even though I've verified 5 times in a row that it's not in my ****** subscriptions. They won't listen, make me repeat myself, and are slimey af just to avoid making things right that THEIR system messed up.Will update if they make things right, but I don't expect them to.It's just pathetic.PS - App was ok, just wasn't right for me.

Hi ****, We are sorry for your experience with our app. We are doing our best to assist you through our customer service channel, however, as our agent has explained to you, you are charged through the ****** Play store, and we cannot search anything in the ****** Play store without a valid email address which we are yet to get from you. We have sent you over a screenshot that shows that your email address you provided has not yielded any results, which means it's under a different address. We also can search by an order number, but it appears that you have not provided those either. Unfortunately, we do not manage payments for the ****** Play store, and in order for us to be able to do anything, we need a valid email address you use under those purchases. We would absolutely love to help you in any way we can, and until we have a valid email address or order number, we cannot. Thank you for understanding.
