Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Monday 22 of July with the Service 4WD light on. I told them this light came on after I had just taken it in 2 weeks before with a nail in my tire . I asked if it could be relate to the issue I was experiencing. The service person said no and I would have to pay a diagnostic test of $250 to find the cause so I agreed. On Tuesday the service rep. called and told me they couldnt find the problem and I would need to authorize another diagnostic test costing an additional $250 to find the problem or come pick my Jeep up. I said I didnt think that was fair but I needed my vehicle so I told them to go ahead run another test. He called me that afternoon to say it was a bad module under the dash and they needed to keep my Jeep for another day. On the 3th day I called they said my Jeep was ready and I asked that they send a shuttle to my work at 3;30 to pick me up. At 3:15 a message was left on my voicemail that they were there to pick me up but leaving because I was not out front my work to pick me up. I call the shuttle driver back he told me he left because he had to go to ******* to pick up a customer and I would have to called the service department to make other arrangements. Luckily a coworker took me to get my Jeep. I asked to speak with the Manager about the charges on my bill and to complain about the shuttle experience. He told me I was not being charged for an additional diagnostic test it was a charge for labor and time spent on looking to find the problem and that it was a broken wire. My bill reflects a charge for a modular of $451.24 and $709.00 for a grand total $1295.29. I feel like I have been over charged and lied too.

Took my 2013 KIA ****** in for service yesterday. I was very detailed about my issue. Diagnostic was run, recommendations made. I know guarantees cannot be made, but they expressed confidence that their recommendations would alleviate the issue. They could not reproduce the issue in diagnostic but attended to recalls and an ECU upgrade. The issue worsened. I could not safely drive back home. Got a tow back to the dealership. By that time, the ************** had closed. I left my car, keys and a note that I would follow up in the morning. This morning, **** called to inform me that the ******* was out test driving, which I did not request. At that point, I only wanted a full refund and a tow. **** relayed that the ******* needed to complete his report, but that he'd connect me with a Service Manager, ***. *** said that the ******* reproduced my issue AND found new issues. Just magically. After I'm fuming. The car was there five hours yesterday. ********* new notes say the issue was reproduced w/i 4mi. What were they doing yesterday?? The issue occurs for me hot or cold. Rain or shine. No, you cannot keep tinkering and charging. *** refused to refund my $763.59. She insinuated that I withheld car history, which can easily be pulled with the *** they printed on my invoice (or, ask me YESTERDAY). Said I could have requested a tech ride with me to reproduce the issue. I would have gladly accepted THEIR offer to ride with a tech, but I was offered shuttle service instead. She said that I did not report the new brake and stalling issues yesterday, which the ******* discovered this morning. I could not have, because I was not with the car this morning. Neither of those were issues when I drove it yesterday. *** agreed to return the car back to my home free of charge. She requested that I not report this experience to BBB, but I don't make guarantees, either. Nice people, but nice decreased my safety on the road, blamed me and failed to properly communicate.

The Service Manager named *** at Leith GMC is a LIAR to his customers, to the court, laughs at them when they are upset with their service and refused to give me his bosses number. Had to go to Small Claims Court today and plays the victim that he felt scared because I am a war Veteran. I hope you sleep well at night Ben.To ***'s bosses,I just wanted you to know you have a dishonest person working for you and lied in court under oath. I wouldn't want that person working for my company or representing my name.

Be very careful when purchasing a used vehicle from this place because they do not inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. Purchased a vehicle on Monday, noticed a problem Monday evening. Called Tuesday morning, made an appointment, they took almost a week to fix the issue and demanded $500. It shouldnt matter if its a used vehicle or not, thats just a crooked way to conduct business. This is why used car salesmen have the reputation they do.
