    I'd give then a ZERO if I could. Ridiculous company that takes your money but can't reply to your inquiries or answer your phone calls. I will be alerting the ********** of ********* that my institution uses this platform and it has caused me to miss out on my last 80 hours of clinical. I'm done paying through the nose for an education that is impossible thanks to you. I spent HOURS on hold trying to get a hold of you people. No replies to my inquiries. Don't bother with some generic response to my complaint. People can see right though that as well. See comments by other BBB customers.

    I have been on hold since 11:00 and it's ****. This is not a good platform for any institution to use. I remember when it started, you could get right through to a representative............... but we are cocky now

    BUYER BEWARE: The only problem is, you are probably here on this site because you have already been duped by CastleBranch. This company is the worst! If you have any questions, the hold times are in excess of one hour. If you are lucky enough to get to speak with someone, the information does not line up with the requirements on the website. All of their responses and even the BBB complaints are all blame shifting by CastleBranch. I would have had more enjoyment watching my $128.00 burn than giving it to this company.

    Worst company! Error messages every time you upload a document. I placed a service ticket with no results. I think its time for BBB to investigate.

    Overall, an awful place for students to store documents for fieldwork and university requirements. They charge you more money than average for simple services such as background check and drug testing, their website is quite slow to load any webpage, uploading documents is complicated and inconsistent, employees are unknowledgeable and sometimes may ignore questions you have while on the phone, and are quite strict with how they want certain documents formatted; doctor's signature doesn't matter, needs X and Y, as well. A horrible company that probably just wants to suck out as much money as possible from these institutions and students.

    I was told this was a great place to store documents needed for employment, like immunization records and such. I uploaded all mine so I could find them easily and not worry about keeping track of them. Actually I paid them for this service, to archive my documents. They had one job. Turns out they lost all my documents and no telling how many other of their other customers documents. Don't waste your money with this company they are a joke

    Terrible company. Terrible ***************** Does nothing but create roadblocks to getting an education. On hold for 45 minutes on a typical day of problems of trying to deal with them. Even after the phone call, the issue is still not resolved.

    Castle branch is Terrible!!!!!! I hate this company. I am trying to complete my documentation for a graduate program. They tell me I need to contact a third party and then get back to them for verification. Well to get to this point I had to call multiple times with a wait time of at least 1.5 hours........m Then I finally contact the third party and they say that every thing is OK and my info is correct. **** back to calling Castle branch... I called back over 5 times each time over 1 hour wait time. I had to hang up many times because I could not afford to wait on the phone over an hour. I finally got through after I waited over 2 hours and the representative tells me that a supervisor will follow up with me in 24 hrs... I am contemplating just going to apply to another school... I used them for my BSN and I had a totally different experience. This time around, too much ado about nothing....

    I got my background, drug test in July 2022 and when I login to Castle branch website it states two items are incomplete. I called numerous of times each agent states they are waiting for it to be uploaded. That it could take 14weeks to show. This is ridiculous for a school to refer students to use it. I need this to posted for my practicum in order to graduate. This company is a joke they make up stuff and nobody is on the same page. They never return the chat responses and they hang up every time I request to speak to a supervisor. Today I was on hold for over two hours. This company doesn't need to be in business if they can't get anything done.

    Background check ordered on 07/19/2022. Today is 08/20/2022. I called and the kind gentlemen let me know that the reason is because people are "dragging their feet". The reason for my Order is for Nursing school. The dilemma or reason for complaint is that I need to make my tuition payment within the next two weeks, and I refuse to pay until the background check is complete. I hope for the best. Thank you everyone.
