    I prefer to give them 0 stars. It is impossible to reach a person via phone and when you do, that person cannot help you. They email you relentlessly to tell you something is due in 2 months but won't reset the requirement so you can go ahead and complete it. The worst - they make you buy a worthless piece of plastic for employers to scan to prove your covid vaccination status. Why should we waste money on that when we can just pull our CDC vaccination cards out of our wallets? WORST service ever. I will NEVER recommend them. I absolutely DETEST using their services - that is when their software is actually functioning because often it isn't. As a matter of fact, I'm on hold right now trying to get help, and the wait time, according to their automated system, "exceeds 30 minutes." What a waste of time, money, concentration, and breath quite frankly. Hate this service - do not recommend.

    Horrible, Horrible experience. I don't understand why would any employer use them. Very rude and very disrespectful. Submitted my records and didn't verify them for 2 days. Had to call, waited for absolutely an hour. Start date was on Monday, submitted the document on Wednesday but no response at all. Then called on Friday, after long wait they picked up and said have to pay extra $30 to get it verified by today. What?? That's their job to do it and the employer paid them to do so, why should I pay extra. But had to pay, and once paid it off they verified immediately!! Horrible, absolute wreckless and dishonest job..

    I have graduated over a year ago and there is NO WAY to cancel this stupid program! You can't call them, you can't email them, you can't cancel your profile. How does this company make it? You were super annoying to use during school as well. STOP SENDING ME EMAILS!!

    I'll keep this simple. I echo every complaint that has already been mentioned. They are impossible to reach by phone. I sent an email 6 months ago and numerous follow up emails and I am yet to have a response. The fact that this company has a say in me being able to complete a practicum rotation for school is a joke. I recently completed a new OSHA and HIPPA module and they are telling me that I need to upload a "renewal" module. This may be a simple oversight on their part that could be easily remedied with a phone call, but I am yet to get a hold of an actual person. My review of one star is false. It is just the lowest rating this website allows. How they have an "A+" rating with a 1.12 customer rating is beyond comprehension.

    This company is a joke. I have tried to call them for support multiple times, and I have never gotten to talk to an actual person. They also ask for a callback number and hang up on you and never call you back. I've also tried to put in a service request, and this also did not help. The customer service is a joke.

    An absolutely horrible and disrespectful company that sincerely needs to be investigated. I called Castlebranch for clarification of a document they rejected. My hold time was 15 minutes; after holding 45 minutes, I was transferred to a voicemail, and then the call disconnected. I called with my preceptor, and the call was answered immediately. Once the preceptor told them the student needs assistance, I was transferred back into the cue with a hold time of approximately 60 minutes. Ridiculous! Students are why you are employed!! So disrespectful; again, the students are the payors, but your overall reviews from many websites show your company doesn't care about the bad service it gives!! The company charges students a lot of money to be so incompetent and disrespectful. The overall poor reviews on several websites show the company clearly doesn't care about the services they provide and feel very confident nothing will be done, so they continue their terrible conduct in business. Is anyone ethical and moral any longer??

    Horrible, horrible, horrible. They happily took my money for a background check and a drug screen, and I didn't hear anything back from them. I did receive a confirmation, so I know they got the order, but my entire portal was completely blank with no way to submit any paperwork, look at the status of my background check, or check the status of my drug screen. I had to reach out to them for them to tell me that my order didn't complete and that I had to reach out over the phone to get it straightened out which takes 40 minutes to connect with somebody. When I finally did get in contact with someone she was incredibly rude and unprofessional and not understanding at all that the person calling is calling because they have genuine questions and concerns that might be affecting their school or career. An absolute joke of a company and I cannot believe any school is willing to work with them. I got accepted last minute and need things taken care of quickly, and this is the last company anyone would ever want to use to make sure it gets done quickly and cleanly.

    I have never experienced such a frustration with a university or Castle Branch while working on a degree plan. Especially after paying $132.50 for services at Castle Branch and paying for courses at ****** ***** Students including myself have multiple things going on in our lives and to have to deal with such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. I work full-time; take college courses; trying to plan my clinicals to complete my degree; and I take care of my mother. During all of this I have uploaded my documentation to Castle Branch multiple times as you will see the attached documents.
    I have even reached out to Program Specialist who is helping me to schedule my clinicals and complete my WOC packet. I emailed my documentation after I spoke with customer representative . This took me an hour to get someone to answer my call and another hour and a half to try to resolve the issue of my documentation being rejected after multiple uploads. Customer rep. assured me that this issue would be resolved within a week, once I emailed my documentation into the above emails which did not happen. In addition, I faxed all my documents to castle branch Still nothing completed since the end of May. I have even mailed certified with return receipt. I can't complete my application for clinicals until this is resolved and the deadline was 5/31/22
