    My name is ***************** and I am submitting on my behalf. On Wednesday, 7/26, I purchased a 3in1 HP printer from ******** The next day, I tried to set it up and could not get it to work. I went on to HP's website and went to HP Support. The site directed me to a phone contact that I thought was HP. The representative who I dealt with used scare tactics telling me that my computer had been hacked numerous times, they installed firewall protection and other things, even though I had those applications already. They took up to 1 and 1/2 hours of my time, making unknown changes to my laptop. They then proceeded to charge me $1000. They did not solve the issue until after they accepted my payment, and I did not know it was Business Express until I received the receipt. I have been deceived. I'm asking for a full refund. ***

    Please see attachments for proof of call and credit card statement. B.E. charged ******, but I was still billed by **** on 7/17/23 and should not have been according to B.E. FUBO is continuing to charge quarterly on my card, therefore B.E. sold goods and services that they did not deliver on as promised. I seek to have $****** refunded promptly.

    Please see attachments with proof of call and universal card statement. We were told by business express rep on 3/13/23 we would have a 1-time fee of $277.99 for 18 months while **** would not charge us during that time, only BE. But **** has continued to charge their quarterly fee on my discover card, therefore BE sold goods and services that they did not deliver on. Weve also learned Fubo and BE are not connected with each other in any way, yet we got the 725 number pop on our screen one time when Fubo was malfunctioning. Bottom line, I should be refunded $277.99 back to my universal card

    My name is *************************** and I am submitting on behalf of my 92 year old mother, *********************. She recently purchased an HP printer and had trouble installing it. She called a number displayed on her screen thinking she was calling HP. The representative who she dealt with used scare tactics telling her there were 22 people logged on to her computer, they installed firewall protection and other things, even though my mother had those applications already. They took up 2 hours of her time, making unknown changes to her laptop, which was only 2 months old! They then proceeded to charge her $600 for I'm not sure what.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company has only credited my account $300, not the entire $600.  I spoke with a representative yesterday who said they would only give me $300 and I said I would take the $300 and continue pursuing the balance.  I said that $300 was not acceptable as they conned my 92 year old mother into believing there were 22 other people logged onto her computer and that she needed all kinds of security applications installed.  It was a new computer complete with firewalls and McAfee virus software.  She only needed help installing a printer.

    On 4-11-23 Hulu was not working on one of my TV's, I went to their website and chatted with someone who said they we re transferring me to their tech support. I was advised by Business Express (? Tech support) that I needed to sign a contract to have more than one TV on my account. I was charged $199.99 for what I was told was 4 years of ************* After speaking with Hulu on the phone the next day I was told they only offer monthly plans I want to be reimbursed.

    On 3/16/23 I was having problems with my fubo tv service. I called the phone number on the screen and apparantly was connected to this company'ss billing department. I have to assume they hacked into fubo TV for that to have happened. The person I spoke with told me fubo was offering a promotion for a year of fubo tv for $479.99. After some discussion I agreed to get the promotion. I didn't think much of it because I thought I was talking to a fubo rep. **** person did get me reconnected to fubo tv, something that **** would have done for no charge. At the end of our phone conversation I was told that this was a third party provider but again I know fubo sells thru third parties. On 4/13/23 I contacted fubo billing and was told this company was not affiliated in any way with fubo. Apparently, this company's representative was selling a product that they couldn't deliver. Tried to contact the company but only got voice mail; left message but have not recieved a call back. This is a clear case of misrepresentation (fraud) by Business Express **************.

    party support and services. We take no actual part in the product or service being offered. We
    have a screening process for every partner running through our gateway to ensure high
    quality service being offered to all of our customers.

    We were working with a merchant that offered third party support for several different TV
    Subscriptions. Fubo being one of them, upon discovering that customers helped by this particular
    mechant were experiencing confusing and unfortunate service we immediately took the
    appropriate measures to ensure this would not happen again. We are taking this incident very
    seriously and have terminated this particular merchant and banned them from running any more
    support through the Business Express gateway. We do not condone misrepresentation or a bad
    customer service experience of any kind if running through Business Express.

    This letter is to express that Business Express will NOT be allowing any partners providing
    support, service, or anything at all related to ******* to run through our gateway.
    We comply to cease and desist anything related to *******.

    On 3.11.23 I had trouble logging into FUBO and was provided a toll free number and link for access to customer service. I was told FUBO had changed their service and no longer allowed multiple devices. If I paid $259.99 my service would be upgraded and I would receive 2 years free service after September 2023. My service was then restored. I have since learned this company has no relationship with ****.

    I CALLED TO RENEW MY FUBO SUBCRIPTION AND WAS TOLD TO PAY ****** FOR AN ANNUAL SUBCRIPTION AND THEN CHARGED ****** FOR I HAVE NO IDEA.     On 3/3/23 I was having problems with my fubo tv service. Aftergoing on the fubo website and going thru the help section when I submitted my number for a call back I apparantly was dirrected to this companys tech service. I have to assume they hacked into the fubo help for that to have happened. The person I spoke with told me fubo was offering a promotion for a year of fubo tv for $399.99. After some discussion I agreed to get the promotion. I didn't think much of it because I thought I was talking to a fubo rep. **** person did get me reconnected to fubo tv, something that fubo would have done for no charge.     On January 18th , I placed an order with Health And Nutra. This company is a division of Business Express **** The order # was ******. It was for 6 2lb jars of Biokleen Oxygen Bleach, The website shows 53 in stock and it says it ships within 5 days. I paid via paypal but the payment never processed. So I can't dispute the order on paypal. It's been 15 days and I never got the order. I sent an email to customer service but I never heard back. This company engages in deceptive business practices since it does not have the item in stock. Then it collects your contact info so it can be sold to other companies. I would like the transaction completely cancelled and the payment to Paypal cancelled.
