    ******** came recommended to me through ***********'s preferred contractor program and they really lived up to the recommendation. They were highly knowledgeable and worked closely with me in assessing my layout and coming up with an accurate estimate. Great, seamless job handling paperwork for my rebate. Throughout they did a great job educating me about EV charging. Finally, when it came time to install, the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All around great experience.

    Having heard lots of scary stories about bad experiences, I was very anxious about finding an honest and reliable solar energy company. I posted a request on Nextdoor to hear from people who have had goodexperiences with companies in the area. The replies were overwhelminglypositive about ********* Solar.I made the appointment and that started the beginning of one of the best (probably THE best) home improvement experiences I've ever had. EVERYONE was superprofessional and very nice to deal with. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They stuck to theirschedule and always showed up when they said theywould. They took care ofall the paperwork with the county, town and the power company. They made the entire process seamless and (outside of writing thechecks) painless.My system has been active for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier. Even now (in July) my electric bills are nearly nothing. I'm sure there will be months when it actually is nothing, or hopefully when I actually receive a credit rather than a bill.I wholeheartedly endorse ********* Solar.

    Outstanding service! ********* Solar did a fantastic job of planning and installing our solar system. They have their process down to a science and kept us informed all along the way. We wanted to tie our solar project in with a fortified roof and they seamlessly helped us through that process, working hand in hand with a certified roofing contractor. Our experience with a previous solar company was abysmal we lost thousands of dollars and received no solar panels after the company went bankrupt, so we were very weary of selecting a new solar contractor. We couldnt be happier with our choice of Cape Fear Solar. They did everything they said they were going to do and even installed earlier than projected. We recommend Cape Fear Solar 100%!

    Everyone at ********* Solar was exceptional and easy to work with. They explained everything from our initial meeting to the final BEMC meter swap, they provided a smooth transition to solar power and we are very happy with the system and highly recommend them.

    This is the 2nd time I have used CFS to install more panels. I returned to them because of their absolute professionalism in all aspects of the installation. **** the sales associate was helpful and listened to my concerns, **** up a plan well within my budget. He kept me apprised of the progress of my panels and made it all work. The installers were clean and professional and returned after activation to make sure everything was working out. ********* was helpful on the billing end, answered all my questions . I will use them again and highly recommend them to all interested in Solar !

    I was impressed with how easy Cape Fear Solar Systems made it to have solar panels installed on our home. The sales process was low pressure and informative, which I appreciated. Financing was made available and was easy to execute. We were kept informed of the status of various items required in the permitting process and it was simple to understand what was needed on our end to keep the **********************. CFSS did most of the heavy lifting on paperwork and obtaining approvals from various parties. The installation was completed in 2 days and we have not had any issues with our panels yet. Special thanks to ***** and ********* for all of their support throughout the process!
