What a terrific experience! Our sales expert ********************* was knowledgeable and all round good guy. The installation team was supurb and every one of the team was polite, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Ongoing support has been top notch. I recommend Cape Fear Solar with my full support!

Contacted Cape Fear Solar around August of 2023. Talked to ****** ***** was very helpful and not pushy at all. He really took the time to dive deep into what we wanted. Did not try to push any certain product or brand. Built the system exactly as we wanted with his recommendations on how to get the most for our money. We were trying to meet a few deadlines between *********** and *****. They met/beat our timelines on everything. Our install date was in October and their install team was fantastic. The lead technition was *******. I believe he may be the smartest person I have ever met. He and his team were fantastic in every way. Professional, punctional, and very detail oriented. The system was installed perfectly with no corners cut. There were numerous ways they could have cut corners to save time or money, but they always chose or asked what we wanted to either look the best or work the best. After installation, there was a few kinks in our system that were Tesla software related. Their team was always responsive and on top of the situation, making sure we were taken care of. I have even went by to meet the owner and he was awesome to talk to. I would not hesitate to recommend Cape Fear Solar to anyone in the market for Solar. In the days where customer service is dwindling, Cape Fear ********************** shines through the clouds.Cape Fear Solar Systems, LLC
