      Contract was signed with Alpha Structures on 12/30/2024 for a custom metal garage to be built at our home in **. We paid a $1500 deposit and were told that the garage would be built within a few weeks. A few weeks later, the builder let us know that they needed an additional $1,000 deposit, which we paid. Since then, we have made many many attempts to contact the owner and the building installer to find out when our garage is going to be built. We have heard everything from contractor was sick with the flue, hospitalized spouse, sick for a second time, the weather isn't good enough, the guys "didn't feel like it", we're coming next week, we're coming this weekend, we're coming when we get caught up with other jobs and on and on. Now we just don't hear back from them at all. We have offered to just have them refund our deposit if building our garage is just not doable but cannot get a response at all. We literally just want a garage or our deposit back.

      Started back in June of 2023 have some leaks and they never finished my building. Been talking to several people at this company. They all said they would send someone to fix and finished my building still waiting please help. All this was still in the warranty period. they still have not called me back have all the text and emails.

      this has been going on for over a year and a half. I have talked to three different people who said they will come and Fix My Building never have they do not call me back. They have not they sent one person to look at it and never came back to finish and I have gotten nowhere with them. I have a two leaks in my building and other stuff that has not been replaced or fixed even when it was under warranty, I had a warranty they still have done nothing I have piles Text messages please help

      This client was installed in early 2022 like jan-feb and never complained until after 2 yrs the warranty is a 90 day workmanship and that has been expired he does have *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** did some work on the building to cause that leakage as it didnt start until almost 2yrs after

       I am rejecting this response because:

      They never came back and finished the building. I have never got up on top of it. They were supposed to come back and finish the front and other pieces on the building. I have all the emails and every response I've had from them.

      Alpha builders had a company build our 70x30 metal house shell. Was completed in 7-9-21, the shell. They talked me into buying a bubble wrap to keep moisture out. Well when they installed the wrap they never cut it out down the rig line of the house. This not being done didn’t let the attic have ventilation. All the hot air was trapped in the attic. Doing so caused excessive moisture buildup in the attic. Which in turn dripped through the ceiling onto our floors. Only happens when it’s lower temperatures at night like around freezing then temperature rises quickly in the morning. I had to buy a dehumidifier and put in the attic to help. I’ve contacted alpha builders several times about this. Only to never get a return call. Had to have my contractor come and remove ridge vent that was being blocked by the bubble wrap and cut bubble wrap out the whole 70’ feet of the roof line. Then they installed a hard plastic ventilation piece under the ridge vent as to let the attic vent hot air out. At the cost of 550.00 dollars. Am not happy with this situation. Thanks

      ****** ****** recieved a great deal on insulation and was never pressured to get it we specifically say double bubble serves as a very minimal in moisture barrier and building along with insulation was done as the installers are taught and its always been the way they did it. Customer did not complain about nothing until he started to get other contractors and basically told him the insulation we had was cheap and while it may not be the most expensive option it does the job at a minimal degree
