      I ordered a building back in November 2023 . Time came to I stall now granted I've had another building install from them 5 yrs ago and it was done right .. so going back to now came a installed new building they was supposed to be there the day before but new call I had to track them down . Said they would be there tomorrow ok . They got there installed new building only taken 2 hours . Got home from work because since they did a good job last time didn't think there would be a problem. And I look at my shop 2 different colors of siding , roof is 2 different colors , the framing was stabbed together, roof leaks and the wrong insulation. Called alpha back told them the problems they said they would send someone out to redo the whole think . Now I just got a call from them pretty much saying it not there problem it's the installers fault .. u guys hired them it's both parties fault . So now I'm stuck with a 2 different color shop and a leaking roof because alpha won't stand behind there name .. I will be addressing this in a court case.. so don't use this company all they do is lie they don't care about the customer they got there money and ran .. hope this helps others don't use alpha structure they are no good..

      After giving a deposit of $2160 the bait & switch began. I should have know after they offered if I paid cash they would drop the sales tax. They are not licensed in my state and to meet code the upgrades kept coming in. I decided to bail on the project and they kept the deposit despite doing little or nothing.
