      i have an auto loan with this company. I have been trying to sell my car for 3 weeks to a man in *******. They won't release the title. They are blaming in on the dmv and the dmv blames it on the credit union. I put 17k in my bank account and called the credit union 2 days ago and told them to draft my account and pay it off and send me the title so I could be done with them. They had still not processed the transaction. They also autodrafted my car payment after I asked them to pay the car off. This is the worst experience with a bank I have ever been through. I will never deal with them again.

      I have late payments on my credit report due to me leaving the country and I didnt have access to this account I did consult with the bank to get it resolved and they helped me but it still shows late on my credit report I need it removed because the account is current.

      In 2020 I got a secured Allegacy Credit Card to help build my credit. In 2024 I applied for a real Allegacy Credit Card and was approved. I was told by 3 different bankers that by doing this I would not lose the credit history that I built since 2020. I initially received the wrong credit card in the mail, and that mistake was quickly rectified. But since March 2024 my credit has been screwed up with the 3 credit reporting agencies. I have made several disputes and reached out to several people at Allegacy. I am always assured that the problem will be rectified but 7 months later, its still not. The only reporting agency that finally has the correct information is Experian. Trans Union and Equifax both show that I do not have an open Allegacy credit card and that I have 2 closed Allegacy Credit Cards, which is false. The correct information is ONE open Allegacy Credit Card since Sept 2, 2020 and ZERO closed credit cards. None of this is my fault, yet its my credit being affected for 7 months. And I cant figure out why its so hard to fix. I dont want verbal assurances anymore. I want the correct information on my credit report. I don't want to spend anymore of my energy on this issue. Somebody reach out to the credit bureaus and give them the accurate information. Thank you.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. But I  did say I  do not want to hear more empty promises from well-meaning people, Telling me  that it is being worked on or its being sent to the right people. I  have received empty promises for the past 7 months. But no since BBB is asking if I  have heard from Allegacy or if my issue is resolved the answer is NO to both. Why should they care, its not their credit being affected, Im sure its low on their priority list.

       I am rejecting this response because: Nobody from Allegacy has reached out to me since I filed this complaint. I check my credit report every day to see if the changes have been made, and they have not. The issue is unresolved. I am going into the 8th month, 8 months of me trying to get this issue fixed. Whatever they are claiming they did or are doing is either untrue or its not working.

      I was victim of the online work scam. Allegacy FCU let wire transfers go to the scammer. All wire transfers were highly unusual for my account. They should bring lot of red flags. Allegacy should check and ask about those wire transfers. But Allegacy didn't check any of them and let money go to the scammer. I lost more than $120,000.00. Please see the attached letter for more details.

      Yes, I initiated the wire transfers. Complain is that Allegacy didn't due their due diligence and let wire transfers go to the crypto account. ******************** FCU as all other financial institutions are required by federal law to prevent scams, money laundering and other financial illegal activities.

      I need a refund from the Allegacy. I have never heard anything regarding the refund. They are not responding to my letters.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I need a refund for the money lost to crypto currency. Both wire transfers were named "Transfer to crypto". Allegacy knew they were crypto wires and still let them go through.
