      Onn 8/7/24 Truliant Credit Union charged by businees checking account $79.68 and a subsuquent overdraft fee of $28.00 for a charge made on a closed personal account. This is illegal as my business cannot be held liable for my personal actions.

      My credit report continues to be wrong and is not correct. I have required and disputed many things and nothing is done and my credit score went down over 140 points because of the inquiries. I have spoken to managers and nothing is done. I have spoken to them and yet, nothing has changed. Even their own records show proof that there were no late payments but Ive still gotten more negative markings to my accounts that must be corrected on my reports.

      I've been unemployed for almost 2 months now and have gotten one month behind on a personal loan payment through TFCU. When I was laid off initially, I called and was told I could use the loan forgiveness program, which I found out later on I did not qualify for as the life of the loan was only 2 months old, and it was required to be at least 3 months old to qualify for assistance. Totally fine, but NO ONE mentioned in the several times I spoke with them regarding the forgiveness program that I would need to make a "promise to pay" until I found all of the money in my checking account removed as of this morning. The money that was in my account was from unemployment so that I could pay rent! I am now destitute and neither the branch (in person) or the collections *************** (over the phone) would assist me, only saying that they apologized but they cannot refund the money as a promise to pay was never filed. Truliants phone number shows up as scam/spam so every time they tried calling me, I had no idea! It was only when I checked my voicemails for a separate issue that I realized I had missed calls labeled as spam. This is an awful way to do business and I'll be going elsewhere for a checking and savings account due to this issue.

      The nature of the dispute to return a vehicle voluntarily the car your collection we call your company on July 8 2024 we spoke with ****** 2 **** he was rude and we not allow us to speak the car the Tellruide has given us to many problems and we have put money into the car several times we are not in your state we would like to return this car we have never missed a payment and we are and older couple they are not trying to help us

      I ordered a steering column from **** for my 1990 ***** s 10 blazer it was the wrong one I talked to the owner of the company that sent me the steering column and I was told he would exchange the part as soon as he got the other one back He gave me an address that was wrong so I had to ship it again ******** put my money back said they would do an investigation and let me know what happened that didnt happen Now they are saying they didnt find anything wrong I have a receipt that shows I returned the part he received it I would like to get all my money back including the extra I spent because of the wrong address ***********************

      **************** isn't even relevant. I've approved my transactions that were denied over 10 times and keeps giving me same one to approve when call. Then when you get done says card works but doesn't so call and makes you re approve what youa already did. So you call number says to if doesn't work and after you put your info in just brings back to main phone never had a bank or card company with a fraud department that can cancel and block your money but not answer the phone. Now I'm screwed since I deposited my cash and can't use it.

      Ive been trying to make a payoff on my credit card and I either get transferred or hung up on and Im trying to pay it off in full and now its a few days late and it has scared my credit . This company is horrible to deal with and ** trying to give them money !

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Well yeah after finally getting a hold of them after 7 days of trying you better believe I paid it off and further more I close the account cause their absolutely horrible with their customer service in the ********************** card department! My credit is still scared ! If they had a sufficient operation with their third party resources handling their credit cards services we would not be having  this situation! And their response says it all , they didnt even pay attention to the complaint so you answer the question for yourself, this company obviously didnt even read the complaint! So I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT this and I will blast them on social media and I will go out of my way every way possible to tarnish their business as they have my credit!

      I bank at Truliant Federal Credit Union and use their online banking service regularly. I have a credit card with Truliant and make payments online every month toward reducing the total balance. These payments come out of my Truliant checking account and once the transaction online is complete, I am given a confirmation number.I made a payment of $61.00 on April 5th, but the account says I still owe $61.00. I made a payment in March, online, for $100.00, and received a confirmation number. Truliant never deducted the $100.00 from my account in March yet I had a confirmation number. I called them about this and they just tell me they don't know how it happened, that their confirmation numbers start with a different letter than the one I said they gave me. That is the extent of their customer service. So, I escalated the matter and spoke to someone who said she'd research it and call me back. That was one month ago today, April 8th. In that time I have called three times, left messages, and have not heard a thing.Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, I get a text from Truliant saying my loan payment is overdue sent DAILY which has crossed the line into harassment.What's to stop this from happening again? The extent of their resolution is that "it's a glitch in the system and we are sorry."I called and left a message (of course no one answered) that I was closing my account and moving my finances to another bank and that I would be registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
