    I have paid Piedmont Sheet Metal $1472.23 over the past 6 months to fix my heating/air unit and it is still not working. My son has asthma and due the temperature of the house and having to keep all the windows open, he has become sick. After multiple visits by different technicians to the house by this compnay they have now said I need a new heating/air unit. David C*** then quoted me on a new heating/air unit minus the $1206.96 from the last invoice charge because they know it was not fixed correctly. Now, they will not refund me my money so I can hire another company to fix my air/heating unit. It has take multiple techicians to come to my house and I have had to take off work to meet them each time. When the technicians are here they are having to constantly Facetime the manager(Keith C***) for assistance. I am requesting my money refunded, in the amount of $1472.23 so I can hire a another company to fix/correct/replace my air/heating unit. I no longer want to due any business with this comany due to the lack of knowledge by their technicians.

    Today we received the first notice from the BBB.  We've responded to the customer and have attached a copy of that correspondence.

     I am rejecting this response because: Why was I charged $1472.23 on my unit when it was never fixed? Please see all the attached invoices. Keith C*** has never responded back to me regarding my complaint. 3 different technicians had to make 5 different visits out to the house and also had to facetime Keith C*** every time they were here for help. Also, on the last technician visit, Keith C*** told me that he would never put more than $250 on this unit. Again, why did he not tell this to me up front before charging me $1472.23 and then pricing me a brand new unit. Keith C*** during all these visits never t*** the time to come see the unit himself. We totally wasted $1472.23. We are in need of a new unit and need the $1472.23 we wasted to put forth now on a new unit. This company is wanting to deduct some of this cost on a new unit, but I want to go with another company with qualified technicians. This money should be refunded back to us, so we can choose the company, I want to install it. I NO longer want to do business with this company. Their technicians are not qualified to fix our unit.
