    Piedmont Sheet Metal said that my air conditioner and heat pump was shot and had to be replaced. Another ************************ looked at it and it is very repairable and are fixing it. So I guess Piedmont Sheet Metal lied to me.

    I had asked the owner if he had any certain type of metal and said he did not. He said he could get it within a couple days, but we need it right away. I didnt ask him to make the metal or order the metal, we just went with someone who could service us faster. Then I came back to him today and asked if he could make us some metal and said I wasnt worried about the price just that we needed it right away and he said yeah I might get to it in a couple days it was ************, we had never listings on bad terms, and I had white metal from him in the past . And I said is that how its going to be? And he said yes because I didnt order through him previously. I give this business, one star for terrible customer service and the owner being strangely aggressive to me, about not going through him 1 time in the past, even though he could not service us before three days out.
