    On 5/6/2023 my family had photos done for the Holy Trinity Church directory.
    At the end of the session we were taken to a room to purchase photos if we wanted. I was given false information about the product I would later receive and swindled with a "we haven't raised our prices since 1992" statement. I was charged over $500.
    The business was established in 1999.
    I received the product yesterday and to put it nicely, it was unacceptable in quality.
    I requested a return label so that I could send their product back and requested a refund.
    I was told that I cannot have a refund because the email I received AFTER purchasing the photos states that there are no refunds.
    This is dishonest.

    Customer was told prior to her complaint with BBB to provide a photo showing that she had destroyed the product and we would promptly issue a refund.  (As portraits are a custom product, we do not want them returned - we have no opportunity to sell them to anyone else.)
    Customer did provide photo proof and refund was promptly issued.  Note: refund was processed back to the card initially used to make the purchase.  It takes 7-14 days for the credit to appear on customer’s statement.

    We are proud of our high quality portraits which are professionally printed using multi-million dollar equipment.

    This business was founded in 1999 and has on staff multiple personnel from various church directory companies.  Our prices are the same as most directory companies (Olan Mills, United, etc) in 1992.  The company began with 1992 pricing and has never raised  prices.

They agreed to provide a refund AFTER I notified them of my filed complaint with you.
