  This company is a joke and have no empathy....CSR stated no refunds. I've never heard of no refunds especially when you have paid $480.79... my pictures are just head shots..the man said it was a new process however other church members have different poses..Like standing...this is horrible..I told csr I could send pictures back..she kept saying no refunds like a robot. I would advise people to be aware of this company.... I am reporting this company..they get a Zero rating.

  Customer saw all of her portraits on a computer screen and chose images to purchase.  She was told the amount, tendered her credit card for payment.  If she did not like what she saw, I am sure she would not have purchased.

  Customer viewed her proofs and purchased on 4/20/24 and waited until 5/15/24 to contact us.  Her custom order, along with the rest of her church has already been processed and shipped.

  Terribly disappointed! The photographer seemed to be rushed, although there was no one else waiting. She didn't take very many shots for any variety from which to choose. We weren't allowed to view the photos prior to leaving the photo session. If we had been allowed to see them, we would have asked for a retake. The sales pitch was not done in person, but rather over the internet, and there was a faulty connection. That person was not very patient in dealing with the connectivity issues, and we were not even sure what we had ordered. Overall a very disappointing experience! I would not recommend using this company.

  We have been serving churches with pictorial directories since 1999.
  It is indeed a pleasure to serve so many families, pastors, and churches with such a powerful tool to help build a stronger community of faith.
  
  We believe a strong community of faith depends on members being able to call each other by name.
  Their inability to do so leads to missed opportunities for members to engage in ministry.
  
  I do apologize that circumstances were such that you did not enjoy the process.

  While your response sounds nice, the fact remains that you have a very unhappy customer to whom you have not in the least reached out to attempt to make amends. To those considering using this company for your church directory, please be aware that they employ unprofessional photographers, their sales tactics border on predatory, and, at least in my case, they have made no attempt to rectify the situation.

  This is to inform anyone that is thinking about using Re:Member Church Directories for their parish directory. They made several mistakes, but I am limited to my words on here so I will only share the disgusting texts I received from Jay E****. I sent an email asking when we might be getting our church directory. The next day I sent another email and I texted my contact, Jay E****. This is the text I received:
  Me: Who is my contact? The layout department? I'd like to have someone answer my emails.
  Jay: Calm down please. I am sick. You got your proof book email this morning from Susie in the layout department. She will be your contact.
  Me: Excuse me? Did you just treat a client that way?? I can assure you I have been nothing but patient as you and your company have ignored texts, emails and sent wrong information. I am very disappointed and disturbed by your reply.
  Jay: Fu
  You are liar and obviously mentally disturbed. Never contact me again.
  Me: I think you are confused and I'm not sure what's going on but I'll Gladly leave you alone, but I need another contact person for our Parish Directory
  I contacted the owner who did not reply, but the person directly under him called me. I explained what had happened and sent all the disturbing texts. He said nothing. Nobody has apologized. Is this anyway to treat a client? Steer clear of ReMember - they are not professional!
