    I contacted QRC to install a complete central air system for older fourplex property. The project stated in February and is still not complete. QRC abandoned the job once they received all the payments. They never called for final inspection from the city and they never programmed the units to turn on in 100 degree weather there are two units without AC. I have called and email QRC on a status update of fixing the situation and receiving the service I paid for. To no avail QRC has not fixed the situation.

    To whom it may concern,

    First of all I would like to offer my sincere apology for QRC's shortcoming on this project.  This is the first I am being made aware of this situation.  Just like a lot of companies I (*******************, CEO) depend highly on my management and staff to handle issue as they arise.  I will say this is not the way we do business.  Whatever, whoever, or however we ended up here QRC takes full responsibility for it.  I will include a list of contact in this email whom they may contact to get the issues fixed.  If I were in the shoes of the client I would feel the same exact way, so please read this note understanding that QRC in no way intends for this to come across that we have not fell short of our customers expectations.  ******************* ************************************** *********************** **************************************** ******************* (************************************).  ******************* (Operations Manager) *************), *********************** (Installation Manager) *************), ******************* (CEO) *************).  

    From my understanding the systems were installed and prior to start up someone vandalized the property by stealing the copper and some installation components of the newly installed systems.  QRC was authorized to return to re-install the damaged parts, however this contributed to the delay.  QRC does have an active permit, and the inspections did fail, however the failure of inspections were tied to other trades and not QRC. 

    We will make this right regardless.  ******************* has been in communication with the Owners Mother, due to not being able to reach the Owner.  They are working on a plan to get all the issues resolved.  ***** is meeting the mother of the owner onsite today 07-23-2024 to show them how to program the thermostats.
