    The air conditioning broke in the upstairs of the house. We hired this company to fixed. Is been a month and the work still not . They have installed wrong parts: when I questioned this past Friday July 12 the technician told me they are not trained on the system that they are installing at my house. My husband and I been taking off from work over a month. We have lost the annual leave that we had and the work is not done. My husband is a disabled Air Force veteran. We are trying to leave and get by as best as we can. We are not getting good communication from the company. We can not take more leave from work because we will not have an income. We need some help please. We need this issue fix and get compensation for the lost time my husband and I had. The cost of this project it is $53000. How a company can sale this service when they do not have anybody competent todo the work.I feel this is a fraudulent .
