      Totally dissatisfied. We requested service to correct a situation whereby the microwave of a microwave oven combo would not start when the door was closed unless the upper right side of the door was pushed in another 1/16 inch. At this point, the unit operated correctly. The technician from Applied Appliance said hed seen this problem before and proceed to jam a screwdriver in the right hinge elbow in an attempt to fix the issue. After several forceful attempts with this procedure, the microwave would not start at all. The technician said the interconnect switch was broken; however, it was not broken before his attempted fix. The invoice for the service call states that 2 techs tried to adjust the door, but he was the only tech. It also says the hinge did not work which is probably correct particularly after he damaged it with the screwdriver. Were now left without an operable microwave and a $1,000 estimate to repair it. I believe he was totally incompetent in his work and feel that we should be refunded the service call fee or better yet, pay us for the inconvenience of being without a microwave oven. Incidentally, the microwave is part of a microwave oven combo unit so the whole unit, microwave and standard oven, would have to be replaced. Additionally, the company manager has not responded after several attempts to discuss the issue.

      Advanced App diagnosed the issues with my HVAC System , worked with my H/O warranty to replace my complete HVAC. All work was done professionally, techs were all courteous and efficient. My yearly checkup was recently completed and same quality service. I have also used their services for other repairs as well before system replacement. I would highly recommend Advanced App Service.

      Is a ************* with Great employees offering a Top Notch service from those who answer the phones to the techs who do what they do! Its so nice to have a company that believes in the word "Service"! They are a blessing & have helped make difficult 'fix or replace' decisions so much ezier to provide the best outcome!

      The gentleman that came to my house to work on my washing machine, *****; was very pleasant and personable. Since my husband was not at home at the time, I want to add that I felt very comfortable around him. I asked a lot of Questions that is just my nature, I like to know stuff, especially about my home and surroundings and If I had gotten on his nerves as my husband warned me when he called while ***** was here, he never let me know. Lol. Very patient.He graciously answered all my questions, some in detail so that I would understand what was being done, why and what things to look for should there be any other issues. He came back a second time for what ended up being a minor thing; and then taught me how to prevent it. I plan to use this company again and keep them in my contacts as my go to. Most importantly, I am thankful for a company that is God centered.
