  4 years ago , Advance was working on my neighbors heating and air and I confronted technician for a business card. Needless to say I’ve been nothing but satisfied with their services, especially during emergency when air went completely out. They responded, showed up and did repair within 24 hrs. Everyone I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond in their professionalism, courteousness, and promptness.

  Had appointment for washer. Came out it's your actuator. I'll get it ordered. 2days later and$147.39 later got it in. Didn't turn on machine left. I turned on washer still the same problem. I called Gary said it must be your board. I'll see how much they are and call you right back. 2 weeks later I call Gary. Hi washer still not working. I'll check the price on the board and call you right back. 5 hours later, who knows how much spent at the laundromat and lots of frustration still no washer. These people should be closed down. I'm 80 years old and still dealing with crooks. NOT RIGHT. * *******.

  Needed a new gas hot water heater which was under a home warranty, but was grossly under code. They came in and put everything up to code the city inspector said it was a every well done install.

  Company was assigned to inspect AC by home warranty company. Initial call to schedule inspection was 10 days out. Had to call warranty company to expedite inspection. 2 more days before tech showed up. Mike was a bit surly and patronizing, informing me that if Advanced Appliance did not submit an inspection result to their liking, another company and inspection would be assigned, resulting in further delays. I told Mike to submit results ASAP.
  5 business days later, results are still not updated in home warranty system. Then I get a cal requesting a 2nd inspection to take pictures and measurements and that update to home warranty company would not occur without 2nd visit. I inform Advanced Appliance that I saw Mike take pictures and measurements during first visit.
  Next I get a call from Derek to inform me that my out of pocket expense would be $4000 - $5000 for modifications not covered by home warranty company. We discuss the list of modifications, most of which are unnecessary and over priced.
  Clearly Advanced Appliance has a complicit agreement with home warranty company to undercut the cost of the air conditioning unit and then over charge the customer to inflation their profit margins.
  I refused to accept the bid from Advanced Appliance resulting in several weeks delay with the home warranty company.
  I eventually canceled home warranty contract and had a different company install my new AC unit.
  Advanced Appliance provided substandard service in their customer service, home inspection and project management departments
