      They refused to work on my car. They told me to take it to mercedes meanwhile I see them working on other foreign vehicles

      I’m emailing you regarding a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. I attempted to speak with you on the phone but was disconnected during the call with no answer upon calling back. All of us at Parrish Tire and Automotive strive to make sure each customer if fully satisfied. The complaint mentioned that you were referred to Mercedes for a repair. We strive to make all repairs in house, but unfortunately some repairs are dealer specific. If we can help in any way, please let us know.

      I have several dates.Day 1 was 4/01/2022 diagnostic was done on car do to engine light being on.During that same day codes showed to me that popped up on reading by the mechanic Randy.He explained to me that those codes showed issues dealing with those certain things on car,So if those things was repaired the issue with the engine light will be fixed after repairs are done.So on 4/6/2022 i took my car to get first portion of work done to car,which totaled up to $393.91.Then on 5/6/2022 i had the other half of job done totaling $507.98.That same day i get a call that evening letting me know the job was done.I picked my car up Randy had explained to me that when he drove my car to test the complete work that my car had a vibration when the car stops.I asked why was my car vibrating at all because it wasn't doing that.Randy then explained he had put fuel injection cleaner in my tank.& i would have to drive at least 40 miles or more to help it to clean the flow of the gas & to help the carbon to escape through the engine valve smoothly.As i was driving heading home, i looked at the dash & noticed the engine light was on.Got to the house called Randy & asked why was the engine light still on after work has been completed.He said to me to bring it back the next day.So i did he said he would have to look at it & see why the light was on.Then i said to him you told me when the codes that popped up on the test was complete that the engine light issue would be corrected.I left my car there & was taking home by one of the other Parrish employee in the company truck.I went back to Parrish Tires later that day.Randy explained to me when i arrived that he was going to check & make sure no gas was seeping out through the valves or any where.But it would have to be a day when he could do the work cause he was the only mechanic there working when there was 3 additional workers i saw in the work area doing work on cars.& the issue still not solved.

      I have spoken with ******* ******, and she has agreed to take her vehicle to our Peach Haven location to get the repair resolved. I have coordinated with John for her to drive our loaner car so we can make sure the problem is corrected.
