      My husband brought in his new mustang for a Alignment and the employee of the company took out my husband's car and busted the windshield and messed up the hood to the mustang. They called my husband and told him what happened and said that they are not responsible for the incident because he didn't tell them that there was no hood latch, but by looking at the pictures of the damage you can clearly see it had hood pins. Besides they aren't supposed to be driving customers vehicles around so they got caught doing it and they did the damage and refuse to take responsibility for their employee wrecking our car and said that it's my husband's fault! This is a very shady company and they need to make it right and pay for the damage.

      Bought new 4 Kenda tires from them thru EBay in Nov 2022. Tires have less then 500 miles on them as of today..2 tires are bulging .. advised by mechanic not to drive more then 40 miles, broken belts in tires and could blow at anytime.. tried to contact parrish tire company but all info concerning my purchase and receipt were deleted form EBay..they also deleted themselves as a registered user on EBay.. Do NOT Trust Parrish Tire Company!!! wish I would have read reviews before purchasing on EBay but felt it was a safe purchase since eBay’s policy is money back guarantee.. Unfortunately, parrish tire company deleted their account.. Beware of this Company!!!!

      Was given initial estimate of 5-10 business days. Was told that parts would not be ordered without credit card on file. Was told that I would be informed before my card was ran. Instead I was not updated on the status of my vehicle in spite of several requests and multiple promises to keep me updated. Card was ran without my consent. At this point I received my first phone call which was simply to inform me that there was an outstanding balance. When I paid the remaining balance that same day, I was told that the part had come in the day before and that my car would be ready the next day. The next day I received my second call and was told that the only guy who can work on my car had the day off. The next morning when I called I was told that the custom special order part wasn’t previously assembled and that someone would call me later that day. They did not call me back that day or the next. I called them in the afternoon on the next day just to be told that they wouldn’t work on my vehicle anymore and that they would issue a refund—as soon as they did enough in credit card sales. Also to receive the refund I have to go in person… In the meantime I get to pay for another tow truck. What was initially a 5-10 business day estimate took 15 business days for them just to tell me that they wouldn’t work on it. They offered no compensation for my wasted time, money, or for their inability to pick up a phone and call me. I asked for a courtesy vehicle the very first day but was told that it was let out for the day. At no point in time did anyone offer the courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on. When I asked for the courtesy vehicle a second time (because they went past the original timeline) I was told that the customer isn’t always right and questioned with why hadn’t I asked for the car sooner? I’ve been going to Parrish tire on peace haven for 8 years. I’ve worked next to this location for years. I will never go back to either one.
