      Vuse vape pods continue to be distributed in a known bad condition. 70% of all pods are bad. The fluid leaks into the base and rust. 70% unusable product. For awhile the new packages had good pods and now the old ones are showing up again. This means they are recycling old bad pods.

      I have been smoking Misty Menthol 120's since you came out with them. I live in the Branson Missouri area and I am so disappointed in your company for raising the price to 95.08 a carton. There is no way I will pay that much for a carton of cigarettes Your company ought to be ashamed of themselves for raising the price of these by 20 something dollars.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Vuse continues to spam my email even though I have unsubscribed multiple times over the past 6 months. The emails are nearly daily now, and I am sick of unsubscribing. What is going on? Leave me alone and stop harassing me. I don’t want your products.

Please understand that these are scheduled weeks in advance, and you may continue to receive these for a short period, but it should not take more than 4-6 weeks to be completely removed from the distribution list.

      The vuse pods are pathetic. I bought a two pack and was able to use half of one of the pods. Stopped working. Second pod didn't work at all. That's $17 that RJ Reynolds took from me and did not provide a product that worked. This has happened to me dozens of time. I have complained to this company repeatedly with no resolution. Time to move on to a different Vapor product. I only put a one-star review because it wouldn't let me submit it with zero Stars

      We're getting mail that says "Mailing restricted to age 21+ tobacco consumers". There are no tobacco consumers at this residence, and the name on the mailing isn't a current resident, the previous residents, or the people before them. I called twice to get us removed from the mailing list, but after being told I just wanted off the mailing list, both times they insisted that I had to provide my date of birth to do so. Absolutely not, I am not providing personal information used to identify me with other companies for the purpose of not receiving a mailing, particularly one they shouldn't be sending us as none of us are tobacco users and they don't know how old any of us are!

      If i could leave Zero Stats i would. I am so disappointed. You're robbing your customers. I finally quit smoking your nasty cigarettes just to have your company rip me off every time I buy a pack of pods at least one or two are dark brown and upon asking the clerk to check them before i purchase I've been yelled at ridiculed and called names upon requesting they open them at the store before i buy. Every convenient store now refuses to open them saying Your Company won't reimburse them. Apparently by all of these reviews here you don't seem to care at all about your customers satisfaction so I'm done with your company

      I’m done with Vuse. I pay almost $20 for a 2 pack and can’t see what I’m buying. And the sellers will not open the packs so you can view what you’re buying and after you purchase them the sellers won’t give your money back. It’s Russian Roulette! Literally over half the time one or both of the pods are what we call ‘burnt’ And taste terrible.

      Vuse pods are literally causing me to throw money away. Not really thrown away, since the company is getting my money for sometimes nothing. I've bought Vuse Golden Tobacco pods in 4packs for a long time now, and every 4 pack is averaging only 3 that work lately. And sometimes, I only get half of a pod before it quits working. That's throwing away $9 (or more) every pack, at these outrageous prices these days. I'm literally looking at a brand new pod in front of me that's a dud. 3rd time in a row this has happened, and I'm done wasting my money. FYI, when they work, they're great, but it's a toss up every purchase. Going tomorrow to look for more dependable alternatives.

      Same here 52$ and you only get 2 good pods out of a 4 pack this has been happening for 7 month I'll be taking pics of the product and keeping my receipts 8f this keeps up im post all that info on every social media site. It's a good product but you selling crap to loyal customers
