      Insurance claims this provider accepts insurance it does not, business fails to effectively update the insurance they will accept with insurance company. Staff is hostile to patients, this is the last place you want to seek medical “care” with if you are sick or injured. Suspicious amount of positive reviews may suggest they incentivize customers to leave positive reviews but the bad reviews tell a much different story.

      I apologize for the confusion on your insurance.  We do take most insurance plans, but there are some insurance plans that have exclusive plans with certain systems, and they consider us "out of network".  We would only be able to verify that when we see your card, or try and put it through the computer verification system.  I will definitely speak to the front desk staff, as we do not accept any rude behavior towards patient that are seeking medical attention.  I do apologize, but there are insurance companies who have not extended their network to us.
