  Buyer beware! We have had nothing but problems with our house since Regional installed beams to help with the leveling of our house. Since the installation which, by the way, took four attempts to get it right the first time, our house has progressively gotten worse, not better. We have doors that do not close or stick when opening, kitchen drawers that do not stay closed gapping between the walls and the floor and ceiling, Major cracks in the walls that were not here before they started, and pronounced uneven flooring. For the last two years, all they have done is come in and jack up the beams. We finally had one of their representatives come in and remeasure only to find that the house was no better in most spots and worse in other others. As for the service technicians, **** had a couple of great ones, but they dont seem to stay at the company. Take it from a very disgruntled buyer who is now seeking legal advice to rectify this challenge that you want to go somewhere else besides Regional

  The company does not care about their customers best interest at all. They ask their workers to lie to the customers to make things better for themselves. The sales people sell you products and services that arent actually needed, or products and services that do not get done. Communication between the company and customers is horrible. The work being put out is effortless and horrible. There is no empathy towards the customers. The company looks at them like bags of money, not actual people who trusted the company to help them. The company hires people like CHILD RAPISTS that arent actually supposed to be near children or homes late night. They also hired someone who was wanted by the *** for HOME INVASIONS, KIDNAPPING, and ROBBERY. This company cares more about your money than the service we provide. There are better and safer things to do with your money, go somewhere else!

  I believe I got seriously ripped off by this company. I hired them to level out my house so that inside flooring could be put down in my home. I do not know know what they did besides made noise on the outside of my home. They worked 3 days for 6 hours each day. I do not see any difference from the before and after. The things the should have been corrected by the leveling, were not corrected As I can see, I am still in the same position I was in before I contacted them. They boasted about being local but, whenever I would call to ask questions they had to contact their engineers who were in ******** or somewhere and I would have to wait two more weeks for my answers. Well, weeks turn into months and I still do not have a floor inside my house. I really do not know what to do at this point. I had to pay 4.000.00 up front and had to take out a home improvement loan for the rest( believe me it was a lot). I learned later that they had not cleared permits at the time they started the work and do not know if they ever did. How can I find out if they really did what they said and what I paid them for (and am still paying for)? As the customer, how can I verify/make sure I have not been taken advantage of. Is there and agency that can protect consumers in cases like this? Earlier I entered a review on ****** and in their response was, they could not find my name in their records. Well, they found my name when they accepted my deposit and my my payment from EnerBankUSA. I see why they wanted all of their money before they would even start working, why would the care once they have your money? I am very disappointed and bewildered on what to do now. I have little faith that this review will mean or do anything but thank you anyway.

  I had a big job due to unexpected mold. After RFC gave me a quote (I was rocked as it was high) **** sent an inspector and corroborated the cost. RFC’s crew did an excellent job. I was pleased. Later they needed to come back and just fix a couple things. No questions asked. They even did a little more than initially found. So FANTASTIC to deal with REAL PEOPLE and NEVER sent on “phone tag around India, customer no device”. One of their last workers here said this Company makes them all feel like family and their character is all about taking care of and doing right by the customer. They have a great sense of ethics!
