    I made a phone call to have someone come and take a look at why my Central Air system wasnt cooling, and they sent someone out right away and had it fixed within one hour!!!! Thank you ******* for doing your job so efficiently! I highly recommend giving this company a call in an urgent situation with your cooling system!

    Everyone at Bismarck **************************** was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this *********** Water Heater died yesterday and upon calling this morning ***** was able to get ***** out to me for a quick technician inspection. After he assessed the unit and deemed it was the fuel valve he quickly got the necessary information on the part needed. Unfortunately for me it was discontinued in 2019. I had an old 2008 for my previous model. *** and **** called me with quotes with an hour of ***** leaving and we made the decision on what capacity to go with based on our house size. An hour later *** and **** arrived and made quick work getting my old water heater out and the new one set up. Final inspection was completed by ***** who walked me through how to adjust the temperature setting if desired, and set it based on his recommendation for my family.From when I first called to them driving away it was less than 5 hours! I am over the moon with their communication skills, and how fast they were able to get a completely new unit in and running. Thanks team for getting the hot water running again! No excuses for stinky kids or dirty laundry when they addressed my issue SO incredibly fast!

    Awesome experience, very quick and timely manner. Called in around 1:30 and they had ******* (their technician) fix the problem in under an hours time. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need HVAC work! ******* even showed me tips and tricks on how to keep my air conditioner unit cleaned and in good working order.     Everyone was super wonderful to work with, especially the install team ***** ****** and ***! We were more than pleased to have Bismarck Hearing and Air install our new furnace and AC! Also got a $1200 tax credit for the high efficiency units installed
