      We purchased a 2017 Jeep compass from **** Chrysler in Bismarck. They sold us a Jeep that had a part that was not even functioning and cannot be replaced because the part is not even being made by jeep anymore. We purchased the platinum service package, which should cover this part which they are not even honoring. So now we have a loan for almost $20,000 that we are forced to pay on. I am a disabled veteran with limited income that now I have to pay $400 a month on a car that I cannot afford that does not run and cannot be fixed. These people are crooks please stay as far away from this dealership, as you possibly, can, they will steal from you. They will lie to you, and they will **** off their junk on you.. unless you have money to fix the cars that they cannot fix. Do not go here.. They are criminals.. this is illegal. Please save yourself the time and heartache.

      I took my vehicle in to have the alternator looked at as my car wasnt starting correctly. And also to buy a new key fob. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, the windshield had a huge crack in it. I called to complain about it, the crack was not that there when I dropped the car off. I was told a week later that they werent sure what happened, blamed me of course. I was told they would help replace it at half the cost. Now they wont even pay for half of the cost. I will never ever give this company business nor recommend them to anyone again.
