    I was charged $26000 dollars for a 23 mile tow , it was predatory, ridiculous, and I think very bias. I came to Fargo, North Dakota on March 25, 2024 . I actually had to drop my load in St. James North Dakota then pick up my new load in Fargo. Upon traveling on highway 94 East I came across 3 highway patrol officers escorting a Very large tow truck which was carrying a tractor trailer that have fell over and crashed. But all this congestion was on the same side of the highway as myself they were coming towards me on the shoulder, so I moved to the center lane to avoid any crash. Just then I hit the same ice that the other truck just crashed out on . The highway patrol should have had the ice cleared or at least salted down. Well my truck lost control and All Pro Towing. Towed me about 23 miles from the middle of highway 94 my truck still standing no damage to anything else , no clean up or fluids on the ground. Charged me $26,500 dollars and $150 a day storage.

    We had a breakdown on the I 94 state trooper informed us we need to be told I have someone fix it. They put the tow requested. We called all pro towing to cancel, and they said they had to cancel the request. Came back out to go get my truck repaired to my surprise my truck was gone. On my initial call to all pro towing. They told me that my truck wasn't there with them upon going back and forth. They did tell me that they did take my truck in. Spoke with a gentleman named ***** and he said that the rate would be around **** to **** for the tow. They kept my truck overnight next morning. I went into the shop and was told that the new rate is $1800 and that they would be more than happy to throw my truck somewhere but I'd have to pay for the new tow and that they would do the repair there. We bought our own filters as we were instructed that we could provide our own parts, and they refuse to use them. They are price gouging, and they really messed me over for the holidays.
