      Armas was knowledgeable and offered suggestions (of which I appreciated because I do not know plumbing).
      He did a nice job. He cleaned up his mess. He put remaining items where I requested.

      I have had great service from Laney’s every time!! I usually have Bob or Ryan K. as the tech but now will add Armas as another option.
