      I woke up to a house that was 63 degrees. I called Laney's at 0800 and by 1000, Service Tech Max had arrived. Max troubleshot the issue within minutes of arriving; a bad heat exchanger. He ordered the parts which arrived in very short order. He had an apprentice (Joe) with him after lunch and they immediately started to tag-team assemble the new heat exchanger. Max used this opportunity to provide valuable training for Joe. They had the new heat exchanger installed and tested by mid afternoon. The professionalism shown by Max and Joe was top notch! Max carefully explained the issue, showed me CO readings before and after the replacement of the heat exchanger and made recommendations for a basement CO detector to go with the one I already have upstairs. Max also had the presence of mind to have me open my upstairs windows temporarily due to the assembly oil cook-off that would happen during initial furnace run with the new exchanger. My furnace is now running perfectly again! My Laney's furnace lifetime warranty paid for itself with this one visit.
      I'm extremely satisfied and I highly recommend Laney's Max and Joe for your furnace needs!

      Excellent service, all workers that came from Laney’s to install the new furnace and air conditioner we’re efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They respected my home in the area of cleanliness, privacy and security. I highly recommend this company and it’s sales and service employees.
