      This place has a debt of mine saying I owe a company that is only in ********* and I never lived in ********* and they called me today I answered thinking it was a tenant of mine but after I heard who it was I continued to give them an update about the account. The gentlemen on the other side got upset with me and disrespected me when I was busy and could have been mistaken as being crappy myself and if I was I do apologize! But continued to say then of your busy why did you answer your phone ? It's because I use mine for work and thought it was someone else! Then after calling back because now I'm upset they the other guy I spoke to all just wanted to talk about the debt not how it's co-worker was s***** on the phone and then asked me saying what would you like use to do about it !!?? How about don't be unprofessional on the phone and how about an apology!!??? Still nothing this company is the worst!

      I am sorry to hear about the contact you had with United Accounts, Inc.  I will order up a statement for you to review and email it to you with the email you listed in this complaint.  When you receive the email, please give us a call at ************ so we can discuss this.  I am not sure if you have any rental properties or why they have your name, but it should show the address on the statement.  I should have the statement in a day or two.
