We are a collection agency, and we have a contract with the client to collect on their behalf. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call our office at ************, we are open from 8-5 Monday through Thursday 8 to 5 and Fridays 8-12. if we find there is an error we will correct it.

This company gave this company without my permission at all my personal information i ask for debt validation they failed to provide it they are also in violation of : 15 *** ****************************************************************** writing within 30 days that the debt is disputed or requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector must cease collection until they obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment, and provide this information to the consumer12. This company is also in violation of 15 *** 1692g is a section of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) that requires debt collectors to send consumers a written validation notice within five days of the initial communication regarding the collection of any debt. If the consumer disputes the debt within thirty days, the debt collector must cease collection until the debt is validated. Also, FURTHERMORE, I DID NOT consent to this company having my personal and private information. This constitutes aggravated identity theft.
