    Ive been trying to cancel for awhile. For a long time I was not able to even see my membership and the people on the phone didnt send it over email like they said they would. And any emails I sent never got replies. To make it more confusing when I was able to view the agreement it said that it is a non renewable membership and would be terminated on a specified date but no where in the agreement has the date. Employees have only ever been unhelpful and only made confusion worse. Additionally I think crunch is violating the **** click to cancel rule. I just want the membership cancelled and potentially a refund since employees have made it next to impossible to actually get out of the agreement when I was trying to all this time.

    Every month on 4th I was charge $10. This started on May 4th, 2024. I moved from a different state that didn't have a crunch fitness near my location. The closest gym is 1 hours away. In trying to cancel my contract in 2024 was difficult, they asked me to send a letter through the email which I did; they later declined my cancelation because of the one year contract. I even stop the payment immediately with my bank which they ended up finding a way to go through. Now I made my full year payment and the contract is expiring; they are making it impossible to cancel my membership. This time they asked me to send a letter through the mail instead of the email. I did not sign up for a 2 year contract, I only signed up for one year and I think this is a scam since they are making it impossible in allowing me to cancel my membership after the year is up. Please help me cancel my membership.

    I had a membership with them from when they opened in 2023 till December of this year.I tried to cancel my account with them in August as I was moving away once I graduated. I called and was rudely spoken to when asking to cancel my account over the phone and was told I either had to drive back to Fargo to close or send a letter. When I said I lived and hour and a half away I was met with the response, "That is not my problem." I later went in to try and close my account in November when I was back in *****. They took my name down on a piece of paper and said a manager would get to it. I normally have the money come out of my account on the 13th of each month, but got a notification they tried to take the money out early due to my request to close the account and have proof on my banking app. I later called in to see if a manager had closed my account 2 weeks later and was told, "they have not gotten to that." they tried to charge me for the month of December, but I had my bank send over a legal note to say they will block any transaction coming from them and they refunded the money right away. I now am receiving emails of them harassing me that I owe them more and more money due to late fees and threatening to send to collections. I did get confirmation that they finally closed my account sometime in late December. They have been harassing me over email and phone for 2 months now and keep adding fees to my account that has been closed.

    I signed up for crunch fitness in the fall of 2022. I went in for my initial consultation and met with a trainer. There was no warm-up. There was no stretching. He just had me max out on all the weights I could for an hour, and then no cool down or stretching at the end of it. I am a 54 year old woman and was given a trainer that seemed inexperienced and unsure. I was so sore for the following week that I fell a few times my legs gave out on me. I never went back. It was such a horrible experience. I emailed customer care at ********************** to cancel my membership. I have been contacted several times in the past year about payment. I have requested several times to cancel my membership and I will pay whatever is owed just to get it canceled And they keep sending me the same email for payment and ignoring my request for cancellation. The charges continue to increase every month. The bill is about $100 now with no acknowledgment of my requests.

    Emailed member apologizing for this experience with the club's training department and cancellation process. I have cancelled the membership and cleared all past due balances and gave her information to reach the senior ** and the ** of this location moving forward.

    Cancelled membership 3 months ago and they billed me continuously for 4 months. We have complained but they refuse to do anything about it. We have gone into cancel again but they will not refund the money.
