I asked for the 3D body scan and paid $10 for it and received no other services that day. We tried 3 times for the body scanner to work and it failed each time, however, the third time the email response was delayed and the PT Director said that means it worked and that it just takes time to generate the report. I was skeptical after the first two failures, but she insisted that it was fine and I left. An hour later the email arrived saying the third test also failed. I called and asked for a refund and was told the ** Director would call me back in an hour. She didn't. I called again for a refund and they said they cant do it because I "paid for the 'kickoff session' and the body scan is included for free so we can't refund it."***They are an extremely predatory company! Just look up Crunch Fitness Scam and watch your phone melt at all the complaints for false advertising. Many of them are blindsided with hidden fees, hidden contracts with trainers, and being sent to collection agencies for hundreds of dollars of surprise charges! APPARENTLY, FARGO IS NO EXCEPTION***After I said that I would just file a charge dispute at the bank and report it for the fraud that it is, the PT Director went into what seemed like a rather well-rehearsed rant of how it wasn't "fraud" because they are providing the kickoff service (which again, I didn't ask for or receive) and the body scan was optional and "free." FYI- the "kickoff" session is basically where you pay $10 to enter a high-pressure sales pitch for a several-hundred-dollar commitment to a personal trainer. The trainers actually seem adequate, but you can get a ton of quality information from Dr. **** ******** and **** ******* on ******* literally for FREE!Also, while attempting to get the body scan, I was barefoot and kept stepping all over chunks of dirt, rock, and other peoples hair! GROSS! (But definitely zoom in on the pictures I uploaded to ****** Reviews and you will see hairballs! ????)

I was charged late fees when my payment wasn't late. Then charged the annual fee with no notice along with a late fee 6 days later and still told to pay this months even though the "late" fee is the same price as my monthly price. But I can't be refunded it until I pay this months. Staff will try and say that they don't see the payments either when you tell them the specific date that it was taken out of your account. Daycare isn't open when I have time to go. They don't have all the classes they advertise (which is why I chose my specific plan) and half the time people are hogging everything so you can never use machines. All in all this is not was I signed up for. I signed up for specifically to go to spin classes but those are once a week now if that. As far as daycare My only options are to go when I dont have my kids (which isn't often) go late in the day (which ruins our schedule) or don't get to go at all
