      o not rent here. I lived here for 3 years. Apartment had many issues with water including leaks and frequent hot water outages. I had the apartment above me leak three times and they had fans and dehumidifiers in my apartment for a week. The apartment never apologized or offered any reimbursement for the inconvenience and high electric bill caused by the loud running equipment. Fast forward to move out I got charged $725 to repaint the apartment. The fee in the lease said painting was $75 per wall, this means 9.7 walls were repainted? How is that possible? When I moved out I had the carpets professionally cleaned and a receipt was provided to the office. I was still charged for carpet cleaning. I also spent hours cleaning the apartment and was still charged a $200 cleaning fee and a $75 item removal fee, because I left brand new shower curtain rings for the next tenant! Not to mention a fee for new ac, lint, and kitchen vent filters. Apparently state law of normal wear and tear does not apply at this property!
